Following a slightly traumatizing car accident and having been a past Chevrolet owner, I cold called Barry Cullen and was quickly connected to a wonderful sales associate, Elizabeth. I journeyed to the dealership, met with Elizabeth and knowing what I went through on the 401, showed me an outpouring of compassion!!! She accompanied me on a couple of test drives in two amazing vehicles (Trax, Trailblazer). Her explanation of each vehicle's features demonstrated deep understanding of the products she was selling. Not too many days later, I threw a wrench into the direction we were taking and asked to buy the same type of car I had as a rental, a Chevy Malibu. Elizabeth helped me navigate the challenges (availability) of buying a car in it's last model year, but that car was found. Days later, my new car was sitting on the lot at Barry Cullen. Elizabeth had me meet with the Finance Manager, Adam. I really appreciate Adam's approach to working through finance details and, particularly, options like warranties, maintenance and rust protection. His no pressure approach was refreshing and welcome under the circumstances I found myself in. On October 10th, I picked up my Malibu. Pretty sure Elizabeth was as excited as I was. Elizabeth, thank you so much for the support and understanding...it means so much!

Barry Cullen Chevrolet has always taken incredible care of me. Nathan Lodde was nothing but professional and made the process of getting into a truck that was both affordable and reliable completely seamless. He’s incredible at what he does and I recommend him to everyone looking to get into a new ride. The real standout, though, is the service department. Every time I’m there, the team is working hard and going above and beyond to provide the highest level of customer service especially Greg Smith! From start to finish, it’s been an outstanding experience—I couldn’t recommend them more.

This review is for Elizabeth who helped me get a Cadillac. Elizabeth is an exceptional person to work with, it’s easy to see why she receives so many glowing reviews. From the initial call through to the car delivery, she was consistently responsive and answered every question promptly. Her deep knowledge across makes and models is impressive and genuinely helpful. Her friendly demeanour made the entire process enjoyable rather than the typical unpleasant car-buying experience. She coordinated everything flawlessly; her professionalism and genuine care truly sets her apart from everyone else. We had a great experience working with Jamie Martinello. He took the time to understand our needs and what we were looking for in a new vehicle. He provided the perfect amount of information without any type of "pushy sales" feel. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his clients. While we ended up going a different GMC route, we would highly recommend Jamie to anyone in the market for a Chevrolet!

We recently purchased a new 2026 Chev Traverse from Barry Cullen Chevrolet. On our initial visit there we were greeted by Elizabeth, who was such a happy and pleasant person from the word go. We already knew the vehicle and trim package we were looking for and they had one on the lot. Elizabeth took the time to show us the car and all its features in full detail. She seemed more informed on all the features (of which there is a plethora) than any sales person we’ve ever dealt with before. She then accompanied us on a test drive, further instructing us on all the advanced driving features of this vehicle. Again….she was extremely well versed on what the car had to offer. We knew this was the vehicle we wanted….but not the correct colour. So from there Elizabeth went to great lengths to find us a black Traverse from another dealership. Ultimately the new vehicle arrived and we were able to go back in and complete the transaction. But before driving away….Elizabeth once again took a lot of time to once again refresh us on everything the vehicle had to offer. She showed us how to personalize some features like seat memory and phone syncing. All a fair bit of time consuming endeavours….without pressuring us for time. For these reasons and just in general, if you want a very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant person to buy a vehicle from….we strongly recommend asking for her by name when going here.
