If you're looking for an used vehicle here, please stop doing. I came one day and your manager said that my budget is too small (which is bs) for them so they won't work with me. Okay, fine. The Orangeville's Honda was much better and more welcoming. Reply to the manager: Thank you for your response. You would not find us in your system because we were declined at the very entrance stage of the dealership. When we explained the budget range we were shopping in, we were advised to look elsewhere and we were not invited to sit down or proceed with any formal sales process. We never reached the point of paperwork or entering your system. Your reply here clearly reflects the experience we had in person.

Vehicle stalled on highway 10 minutes after $1333 repair – dealer refused responsibility. If there is 0 star, I would like to give them 0.I had a very disappointing experience with Olympic Honda. I brought my vehicle in to diagnose a drivability issue and was charged $1,333 (initially estimated $900, then called to ask more replacement) for repairs. The dealership assured me the problem had been fixed. However, within about 10 minutes of normal highway driving, the vehicle stalled again during rush hour traffic, creating a very stressful and unsafe situation for my family. My five-year-old daughter was in the car and was extremely frightened. When the vehicle was brought back, the dealership claimed the issue was unrelated and asked for additional money to repair a radiator leak. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude from management. I tried to resolve the issue professionally with the General Manager, Sarah Werner, but unfortunately received no acknowledgment of the safety concern or the distress this situation caused. I have since escalated the matter to Honda Canada and OMVIC for review. I hope the dealership improves how they handle situations like this in the future

I test drove a few vehicles at the dealership. I was looking to trade my brand new 2024 fully loaded vehicle with approximately 3,000 kilometers on it for a larger one due to having recently had a baby.The manager would not let me trade in my vehicle even though it was in pristine condition because according to her "no one wants it" She specifically advised me to sell the vehicle online and then use the proceeds to purchase the vehicle I wanted at Olympic Honda.I While at the Honda dealership, called another dealership down the street to explain the situation. They were surprised that my vehicle was not accepted. I left Olympic Honda and went to the other dealership, they offered me a fair price and I was able to trade in my vehicle no issue. The dealership manager at Olympic Honda majorly lacked customer service skills to say the least However, the sales representative, Mario, was very professional and helpful. Additionally, it's worth noting that three other dealerships were also interested in taking my vehicle if I had found something suitable there.I have never experienced anything like this at a dealership before and I have had 7 vehicles all purchased at dealerships and all traded in when I wanted something else. I will never go back to Olympic Honda again. I don't recommend this dealership, I do recommend any other dealership on that road.
