I normally don’t leave long reviews, but buyers deserve to know what they’re getting into.
I purchased a brand-new 2025 Dodge Durango (0 km) from Islington Chrysler in March. After only 500 km, the engine started making a ticking noise. When I brought it back, they told me there was no noise and denied any issue, even though I heard it clearly.
To be sure, I went to another Dodge dealership, and they immediately confirmed that something was wrong with the engine. Islington Dodge still offered no support or solution, leaving me with no choice but to trade in the vehicle. As a result, I lost money, even though the car was practically new.
I then bought another brand-new Durango (0 km) hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, this vehicle developed a rear suspension fault after a few hundred kilometers. It has now been 2–3 months, and nobody has been able to diagnose or fix it. The car is currently at another dealership once again waiting for answers.
My experience shows that once Islington Dodge sells you a vehicle, their customer service ends immediately. There is no accountability, no follow-up, and no real interest in helping customers with serious issues.
I strongly recommend that no one buy a Dodge from this dealership. Save your money, stress, and time.

I recently purchased a Jeep Compass at this location. Firstly, I want to congratulate the Islington Chrysler team for Moh and Mina's genuine service. They both made us feel valued the moment we stepped in and it's honestly one of the main reasons we decided to return. Both were very understanding and patient with us as we decided on which car to get and were extremely friendly. They really worked with us to do the best they could and we were really fortunate to be able to work with them on our new car. We are very pleased. I had an excellent experience at Islington Chrysler with Joe as my salesperson. He’s a wonderful guy, friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. Joe gave me a great deal on my vehicle and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
If you’re looking to buy a Dodge vehicle, I highly recommend going to see Joe. He truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to help. Definitely recommend him!
