I recently had the pleasure of visiting Thorncrest Ford for the second time, and once again, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Bought a vehicle back in August, received the car dirty and there Cobb webs around the car. The license plate wasn’t even mounted properly…. If it was cause I had zip ties in my friend’s car I would have lost my license plate. Brought up the issue to Matthew A, his response was not only unprofessional but he did not care” we don’t have the right screws you know how the Germans are brother” what does the car being German have to with being able to mount a license plate properly….. was also told I was going to receive the a gas gift card in September/October….. we are in February almost march of the following year….. tried reaching to the dealership and didn’t get a response …..

A big shout out to service advisor Annette Hajduk! We had a wonderful first visit to the Thorncrest Ford! The Quick Lane was not only quick, but also offered great customer service. Staff and technicians patiently provided assistance and advice. We definitely recommend this efficient Ford dealer. Outstanding, thoughtful...and all adjectives intended for excellent customer service aren't enough to express what a pleasure we've had!

We had an excellent experience at Thorncrest Ford from start to finish. Our sales and leasing consultant, Moe Atoui, was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right fit. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free and took the time to answer all our questions without any pressure. A big thank you as well to Danish Faheem, who helped us with the maintenance package for our 2025 Ford Bronco Sport. Danish clearly explained all the options and helped us choose a package that made sense for our needs, which we really appreciated. Overall, the team at Thorncrest Ford went above and beyond. Professional, friendly, and trustworthy—we couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle or great service.

I recently ordered Platinum Black lettering for my new 2025 Maverick thru Ford Parts Canada and Thorncrest was one of 3 dealerships mentioned that could get the lettering. I can’t say for sure, however, it seems only certain dealers can obtain some accessories that are not available to other dealerships. In any event I called Thorncrest and spoke with their parts department to ensure the lettering was available. I then ordered online and the parts were sent to Thorncrest and then forwarded to our home in Bradford. I found the process to be quick, seamless and the parts folks very helpful and friendly to deal with. Thanks folks…our Mav looks even cooler now!
