I had a very bad experience at this Audi dealership. Before coming in, my car had no problems at all. I only came for regular service: wheel alignment, engine oil change, and transmission service. After the alignment, I noticed immediately that the steering wheel is no longer straight. When I drive straight, the steering wheel stays turned to the left. This issue was not present before the service, so it was clearly caused by improper alignment. A correct alignment should center the steering wheel, and this was not done. I expected much better quality and attention from an Audi dealer. Now I have to come back and spend more time fixing a problem that was created during their service. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service quality.

My experience with Audi was amazing. Management and staff members were very positive throughout the entirety of the process and didn’t push me into making a deal. I’d highly recommend going to Austin as your sales assistant and getting in touch with Ahmad who’s the Sales Manager to get a good experience for your next car.

I purchased a brand new Audi SQ5 in 2023, expecting reliability, performance, and peace of mind. Instead, since the purchase, my vehicle has been in service ongoing, non stop. Ongoing issues have included: Persistent noise and clicking from the front wheels Transmission alignment concerns Electrical and monitor malfunctions Recurrent system problems If not for warranty coverage, these repairs would have cost a significant amount out of pocket. Rather than resolving the root cause of these repeated issues, I was recently offered a trade-in option — which would require me to spend even more money. That is not a solution. Today, during a routine oil change, I was asked to pay $300 for a wheel alignment, despite my ongoing complaints about front-end noise and driving concerns. Charging additional fees while the vehicle continues to have unresolved problems feels unreasonable and unprofessional. What was supposed to be a premium $90,000+ purchase has brought stress instead of comfort. Instead of adding ease to my life, this vehicle has created constant inconvenience with repeated service visits and periods without reliable transportation. I am especially concerned about safety, as I drive with my children. This purchase will not add comfort to your life but will paralyze your life, you won't even have a car to use with constant repairs and service visits. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service location. Buyers should carefully consider reliability and long-term service experience before making such a significant investment.

Amazing service at Audi Queensway w/ Austin as our sales rep. Very courteous and transparent and reasonable when negotiating price, add-ons and trade in value. They even put a bow on my wife’s car when we were taking delivery. She was so happy!
