I brought my Ford Mustang in to get a tire fixed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly professional, quickly found the issue (a nail in the tire), and got everything sorted out really efficiently. They even went above and beyond to make sure I drove away safe and satisfied. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing reliable and friendly auto care.

Midas on 50 St in Edmonton is my favorite place to go! They did an excellent job replacing my oil — fast, professional, and very friendly service. They also offered me two new windshield wipers and a free tire rotation, which I really appreciated. The team is honest and always takes care of their customers. Highly recommend this location!

Had my rear brakes serviced, Job was completed same day of my appointment. The team was very transparent on the work and projected cost. Reps were also very pleasant. I would recommend this shop, I plan to return in the near future. Thanks for all of the help today.

Took my vehicle there to have the 02 senosors replaced. There are 3 of them. O2 sensors for my vehicle are about $80-$100 per sensor at any parts store. These guys charged me almost $300 per sensor. I was expecting a $500-$700 dollar invoice...$300 for parts, the rest for labour. The parts alone were almost $900. I wondered why it wasn't busy there now I know. Ripping people off with a huge mark up on parts. It used to be a decent place to take your vehicle. To the owner: your response was unsatisfactory. When your manager told me the price for the sensors, I offered to go NAPA a few blocks away and get them. He told me that they can't warranty them. I told him that I didn't care. If I wasn't pessed for time, I would have taken it elsewhere. $1500 to replace three 02 sensors is outrageous.

I received exceptional service today at Midas when I went in with my husband to repair a nail in one of my tires. The service was originally supposed to cost about $50, but the fee was graciously waived by the manager, Serge. It was our first time at this service centre, and we were pleasantly surprised by such generosity here in Edmonton. The repair was done perfectly, and we left with smiles on our faces. Thank you, Serge, for going above and beyond—we will definitely be back!
