Amazing service at L&M Tirecraft! We needed an urgent tire replacement, and Caleb (the manager) went above and beyond. He even sent a staff member to track down and pickup the tire we needed and got us back on the road ASAP.
Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a tire shop. Friendly, fast, and professional. Highly recommend!

I have taken my vehicle there a couple of times now and I’m so impressed with the service. Sam is so honest and knowledgable when answering all the questions I had. The biggest thing I like about this company, because they have many locations and we’ve used St Albert location when we lived there. They are honest and I trust them. They’re not out to gouge and do things that aren’t necessary. I absolutely would recommend them for all your auto repair needs. They’re not just Tires.

Sam and Ben at the front were super helpful and Harry did an amazing and quick job! The pricing was very competitive! They also had the tires ordered the same day and got an appointment right away with them before the snow came! I would recommend to everyone!! Thank you again!

took the car there for an alignment.apparantly it was just a front wheel alignment? they said they couldn't align it and suggested camber bolts lol .I don't want a hack job fix .I let them know several times my front subframe was out to do the clutch and they didn't listen to me .Called originally and they said yes come in for 1pm we have an opening should take 45 min to an hour and a half max .they didn't even call until 4pm to say they were having issues and I wasted an hour of work and lost pay for it since they couldn't have it done when they said so .called back the next day said the car still pulled into the other lane immediately and I just got the run around . apparently if you want an actual alignment you have to call everywhere and make sure it is for a front rear subframe etc not just the front wheels .I got no print out and the rear was even out of spec and they didn't even touch the rear toe even though it was there for 3.5 hours . literally went home and paid 60 bucks for 2 lasers and got the alignment better than what they could do .
I'm trying to save someone else from wasting $200 dollars and lost time at work .
edit - I see he said both sides were out and not it was -4 ° drivers side camber and 0° degree camber on the passenger side so when I shifted the subframe over to the passenger side I got close to -2 per side ..
they spent 3.5 hours on my car adjusting 2 nuts for the tie rods when the rear was "within " spec but the passenger side was actually a bit toed out and helped with it pulling right .I have don't full engine swaps in 3 hours and they spent that time just fiddling with 2 nuts .

They had my tires swapped and car ready in record time. They checked other wear items and gave me a quick review of what may need to be addressed next. This is a good way to instil peace of mind.
