These guys are modern day heros! I had a damsel in distress moment. It was 5:40 pm and my tire popped downtown. It was completely flat. Being December it was slushy, cold and dark outside so I wasn't going to be able to deal with this myself. I pulled up maps and looked for nearby tire shops. I was across the street from a dealership but they didn't answer their phone. So I called this Kal Tire which was a few blocks away and asked if they could put on my spare if I got there quickly (they close at 6 pm) and they said they would stay open late to do it! I wish I had gotten their names to give them a more personal shout out, but it was a Thursday... I will definitely check here first when I buy new tires in the future. I would have bought one right away but they didn't have my brand. Thanks guys!

I am genuinely appreciative of the service I received from this Kal Tire location recently. I had an urgent tire issue and they got me in right away and did their best to fix the issue. Later it turned out my tire was actually not repairable and they refunded the full tire repair service and let me know exactly what was going on, as well as providing a write-up I could take to the tire shop where I purchased my tires. I didn't ask for the refund but they gave it to me, which is truly appreciated from a customer service perspective. They're a very busy tire repair shop and after using their services it's easy to see why. Definitely take your car here if you're having issues.

I was very happy with the service I received here recently and I'll break it down because I think it's very important..
Their customer service is excellent. I was having an issue with a tire I just had purchased and installed (unrelated tire shop), when it went flat on me they got me in ASAP (same day) and they did the fix. Unfortunately the fix didn't hold so they tried to repair it again and has to admit defeat. What impressed me was I never asked for a refund because they couldn't repair the tire but they offered one straight off, no questions asked. While it wasn't their responsibility to compensate me after all they did do the work, I truly appreciated that they did that. I would definitely recommend anyone come here for tire services.

I couldn't take my work truck for a trip to Calgary, and had to scramble to find winter tires for my personal car. Called, and they found a set in their warehouse that would work, 2 day delivery, and appointment booked immediately. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Loaded my summers in bags and into my car. Even gave me a pouch for my wheel lock. They asked me about memberships (AMA, work, etc.) without me bringing it up to get me a discount. Would definitely come here again.

If you want a shop that actually has integrity, come here. The dealership quoted me $600+ to replace my 'damaged' wheel and tire. These guys took one look at it, saw it was just a bent steel rim, and fixed it on the spot. No upsell, no nonsense. They had me back on the road in minutes for a fraction of the cost. I was in total euphoria. Thanks to Jag and the Team!
