Big thank you to Ryan B! We were visiting the Tsawwassen Mills mall today. After shopping when we go to our car, we found that our car’s front right passenger tire was deflating. It was cold, raining, getting dark and Kal Tire was soon closing. We drove to them and asked if we can get it repaired as we came all the way from Burnaby. Ryan did his upmost best to accommodate us and get it fixed as soon as possible!
We not only want to thank Ryan for his professional, help & courteousness, but to the incredibly astoundingly & wonderful customer who was waiting for her vehicle. If you are reading this, thank you so much from the core of our heart to your kindness for paying for our tire repair without letting us know, your kindness has confirmed that big and kind heart people still exist in society!!

My first visit at this location was good, for an oil change no complaints at all. So I went back for my next scheduled maintenance. When I came back to pick up my car I was informed there was a nail in my tire which was why the dash said low tire pressure. The worker showed me a picture of my tire and let me know unfortunately it couldn't be fixed. Even though the nail was not in the side of my tire, I took his word that it couldn't be fixed for whatever reason. He said I'd need 4 new tires- because the tread is down on my tires, buying only one or two would mess with the all wheel drive system (fair and true I believe) and quoted me over $1400 for new ones.
I then went to another tire shop in town and had my tire fixed for $40. They said there was absolutely no reason that it couldn't be fixed.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Kal Tire, thanks to the incredible customer service from Ryan! While driving to catch a ferry, I got a low tire pressure alert and stopped at Kal Tire, hoping for a quick fix. The shop was slammed, and initially, they said they were too busy to help. But when I mentioned I had just 90 minutes to make my ferry, Ryan, the gentleman behind the counter, went out of his way to assist. He personally checked my tire, found the leak, and made an exception to prioritize my repair.
Not only did Ryan and the Kal Tire team fix my flat in record time, but they also did it completely free of charge! Ryan’s professionalism, empathy, and dedication turned a stressful moment into a seamless experience. His outstanding service is a testament to why Kal Tire is the go-to for tire care. Thank you, Ryan, and the entire Kal Tire team, for saving the day! I’ll be singing your praises to everyone I know.

The service was amazing, it was fast and efficient! They even reminded us that our BCAA membership got us an additional discount. I just love the feel and handling of my new Continental tires.

I was happily surprised by my experience yesterday. It was almost closing time and Ryan was super fast and helpful, made things happen in no time and saved my day.
