24 hour contact would not send a tech to fix our float trailer tire. They would not look up our company name in the database and said to call another company if we need service. We have been taking our trucks to this location for over 10 years Avoid 24 hour service

Sent a truck in for a tire to be plugged, after they pulled the screw out they said the tire wouldn’t be safe to work on, they would have noticed the sun cracking before the screw was pulled, they should have before pulling it asked what they would like is to do! . Now the truck has no tire and they want us to buy one of their tires. I said I had new tires and can have them brought right over, and they said they had to charge a wait time. On top of all that without asking they added a 250 dollar charge for balancing the tires. We have tires installed all the time on semi trucks and never have them balanced unless there are issues. A normally $150 bill was well over $600. We have multiple trucks and use Millar around the maritimes but unfortunately that will be the last !!!

Very courteous service. While on vacation, I had an issue with my car and they made extra time from an already busy schedule to look at as well as do the repair.

I had my snow tires put on and my regular tires did not make it back into my vehicle. Now they are claiming that they don’t know where they are nor are they their responsibility so my $110 service is now about to cost me $2000…. And they do not feel responsible in the least.
