I went for an oil change and could not be happier. I received an appointment fast. When I arrived my car was instantly put into the garage. After about 35-40minutes I was on my way back home. No nonsense. I will be returning for oil changes and minor maintenance. When I called Blainville Ford the lady on the phone got frustrated with me while I was trying to speak French so she just hung up. I did not have that problem at Hyundai. Obviously will have to use Ford for specific services and repairs (ie recalls) but I will not go there for regular service. Thanks Hyundai from an English dude with an American truck!

From the first moment and throughout the process I probably dealt with five or six people. Everyone was excellent, professional, courteous, patient, and worked with me to ensure I was 100% satisfied and informed.
The car sold itself but the people locked in the deal.

This dealership did a recall on my car. They did not do it correctly (problem still there) and they refuse to fix it. Absolutely terrible customer service.
