My 1st car, I brought BFGoodrich Radial TA tires. This was in 1981 and ever since, BFGoodrich is the tire I buy.

just disappointed that you have to change tires after about 5 years even if they are perfect. I do not use this car except for cruise nights and car shows, so there is not a lot of miles on the tires.even with only 10,000 miles on them, and the spare never touching pavement, I had to purchase a whole new set.

I've been running BFG Radial TA tires for 30 years, and they keep getting better. This set has been an improvement over the last set. The ride quality is better, and they are quieter. I've put about 5,000 miles on them, and they show minimal wear. In all, a great tire.

These tires are 9 years old with plenty of life left in them. I trade them out with my track tires for use in town and highway driving. Quiet and handle great on some of the more challenging roads like the "Pig Trail" in Arkansas. I just wish I could find another set of P265/50/16 's just like them.
