Review Summary
The tires provide excellent handling, stability, and traction, even in wet conditions. Many customers have used them on classic and muscle cars for years with great satisfaction. However, a common complaint is that the raised white letters on the tires tend to turn brown over time, despite cleaning efforts, which may be a deterrent for some customers.

Good Vintage Looking Tire
Great looking tire, have had on many of my vintage muscle cars. Wish BF Good would have more performance tires options in the 225/60/15 and 215/60/15 range, only TA's can be had.

Can't Get Raised Letters White
Bought a set of lettered TA's a couple years ago from a major online tire dealer. I don't drive my 79 corvette allot. I do take it to several local shows. It seems like the letters turn brown with the car just sitting in my garage. I tried every thing to clean them. I sent photos to dealer and after several times complaining worked out a deal to get new tires. Just had to pay shipping. Guess what! After receiving the tires the middle of last summer I could tell these tire letters were also turning brown. I stored the tires in bags in my basement this winter. Put them on my car today and tried to get the letters white. I just can't get them white. It's a shame but i'm thinking about tuning the letters to the inside and go with the black wall look or try to sell them and purchase a different brand. I do still have the original GT Radial tires on oem rims the car came with. I can use them for shows but they are flat spotted and not save for long trips. It's funny those Gt Radial tires letters have stayed white even after 36 years.

Faded White Walls
Bought these for my hot rod, while it was being redone, The white lettering on the side wall turned brown before i got them on the car, any ideas on how to get the yellow out? without painting them?

White Letters Turning Brown
To mybotye: If you used Armorall to wash your tires.... it will cause bleed and turn your white letters brown.

Raised Letters turned brown
As of January 2016, I'm on my third set of BF Goodrich T/A's, 255/60/15. that are on a car that I show and not drive that much. The first set set were on 10 years and were great, the letters stayed white, rarely needed cleaning. The next set was put on almost immediately the letters started turning brown. I went back to the dealer, who was great to work with me and they replaced the tires. Well, the second set is no better, in fact worse and seems the more time that passes the worse they get. This is a car that stays in garage and driven to shows and cruising on weekends only, so they are not abused. I have tried every cleaning process possible and nothing works. I am so frustrated that I am ready to foot the expense to purchase another brand. I read so many post where people have the same problem. Seems to be a chemical issue.

I would buy again and again.....
I have purchased several sets of BF/Goodrich tires to use on my classic Corvettes and Mustangs. I don't need to consider looking at any other tire mfg. because of the great looks, performance and service I've had. Thanks BF/Goodrich........

Repeat customer
Had a Camaro several years ago which I put TA's on. That made it drive and grip the road like nobody's business. Now I am working on a new project, so it was an easy choice for me when it was time to purchase tires. AND thank you BFG for still producing 14" tires.

More sizes please.
Please expand available sizes. I have 205/60/13s on an '80 Monza that are 16 years old. They have plenty of tread, and show no cracking, but they don't seem to have the grip and should be repalced due to age. I still have Rad. A/Ts on my Bronco, but switched to something else on my DD when the Comp T/A HR4 went away, switched to Falkens when the Euro T/As on my Porsche got too old. Now I'll need buy another brand to replace the tires on my Monza. I would have gone with the old Legends Car HR4s, but those are gone too. Other than the all mighty Radial All Terrain, you no longer seem to make tires for what I need.

Great Tire
I had these tires on a 67 Mustang GT Fastback 390 4 speed I had them on a 64 Falcon Sprint 260 4 speed and I just put them on my 66 Mercury Cyclone GT 390 4 speed. If you have a classic muscle car BF Goodrich Radial T/A's are the best and look great. I have 205 70R 14 on the front and 245 60R 14 on the rear for that real muscle car look.

BFG Radial T/A Tires
I've been using these tires on my classic cars for many years because of the superior handling and classic looks. They are built to last! No other tires go on my classics.
