Not round tires!

I have owned and 4 sets of KO2s but my last set have been a nightmare :( after 10k miles and failing road force so bad the Hunter machine was maxing out I had enough and made BFG take them back. The truck has never really driven right since getting them on a year ago constant vibrations at highway speed. I had my differential randomly go out on me on the highway and I do no heavy towing I found it weird as it cracked the G80 housing. So after rebuilding and re gearing I took it in to have balance and discount informed me two tires were unsafe to continue on.

It is smooth running on pavement yet loves mud and snow during hunting.

Great tire

Had these tires for several years now on my 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn. Great ride, handling, low road noise. Looks great on the truck as well. Wears very well!

Tire Cracking

The tires performed OK and were decent on the highway with not too much road noise and off road the performance was certainly adequate. With only 31,500 km the tires would not pass the motor vehicle inspection due to extensive cracking in between the treads, although there was lots of tread depth left. I went to 2 authorized BF Goodrich dealers and they woldn't even bother comming out to look at them as they said the claims process was too time consuming and the demands for information by BFG was extensive and from past experience BFG would use every possible excuse to deny the claim. These tires came new on my vehicle three years ago so I went to a Jeep dealer and got pretty much the same reaction. They were sympatetic at the dealership but basically told me not to waste my time, especially as the tires weren't a seperate purchase form the vehicle. It appears that the warranty from BFG is more of a marketing tool. I am very disappointed at the lack of durability of the rubber. There is quite a lot of tread left and I was looking forward to getting at least 45 to 50 K out of them. I have better things to do with my time than try to fight to get waht I feel I deserve. Chaulk it up to a learning experience.

Rock chips

If you have a nice paint job don’t bother with these thay throw rock like you wouldn’t believe. They also suck for wet traction and on ice seen to be a tuff tire though

Good tires, longevity sucks

I have had KO2s on my off Toyota road vehicles for years. Very loyal. In Dec 2022, I had the last set put on my '17 Tundra, and was relatively happy with them - until an interprovincial inspection discovered some very deep cracks in both driver side tires - can't explain why - I lived in a temperate rain forest and not a lot of sunshine. NOT happy - I have to replace these 2.5 year old tires now, looking at other brands.

Great tire for the price. Great look and performance while providing a descent ride for our Jeep Wrangler.
