I would never buy this tire again
I put these tires on my truck with 118,500 miles on it and now I have 124,500 miles. These tires are already over half worn out. I do not drive this truck every day. The truck is used for farm use and only used approximately 5-8 times a month. I normally only drive it on the weekends around the farm or pulling trailers. When buying this brand of tires I expected it to hold up and last a lot longer than it did. That is why I spent the extra money on this specific tire. I would not recommend this tire to anyone.
Very Disappointed!!
I've had countless sets of KO's over the years, this is my first set and last set of KO2's They just were very disappointing compared to the KO's in thread life. They have worn like the truck has an alignment issue yet the truck was aligned when they were installed and double checked after about 10k miles as the KO2's were wearing poorly.
loved the old TA K/O's but not the new TA K/O2's
Over the years I've probably had 10 or 12 sets of BFG's on my various trucks. Figuring that I drive a lot (the present truck has 318,000 miles) I found that I could get 40,000 - 50,000 miles per set with the BFG TA K/O's. Imagine my surprise when I checked and found that the worn out set currently on my Dodge Ram 2500 only have 28,000 miles. After talking to several dealers I found out that the new TA K/O2's aren't lasting. Guess it's time to look elsewhere for my new tires. Sorry BFG but you shouldn't have changed a good thing.

I only have 20 thousand miles on the tires and they are wore out I have a 2016 f250 I had my tire dealer check my truck out and there is no issue with my truck .Bf goodrich will only give me 43 percent rebate on the tire not acceptable .I won't even bother putting a nother set on I'll pay full price for a better tires
Best tire ever made.
I had 3 sets of the T/A KO tires before going to the KO2s. I've averaged no less than 80,000 miles on each set. I've never had a flat with any set. We do a lot of traveling all over the country, but mainly, we spend our winters in Florida and summers in Montana. This past summer we pulled a 38' travel trailer from Florida, to Montana, and back to Florida. While in Montana, we did a lot of Forest Service back country roads of which I wouldn't recommend a 4 wheeler to traverse with no tire related issue. I only recommend these tires to anyone with a rig that can handle them. I've owned just about every brand of tire known, and I've had vehicles from a 72 Ford pickup to a 2003 Ford Excursion Eddie Bauer 4x4. No other tire matters when it comes to my lifestyle.
Not happy with KO2s
Ride and road noise are very good for an all-terrain tire. Handling is good on and off road, but very unpleased with the tread life on these tires. Have a little over 6,000 miles on this set and tread is halfway worn down already. Have ran many set of the original KOs on same truck and have always gotten far better tread life than this set of KO2s. Extremly disapointed in BF Goodrich, have ran BFGs on all my vehicles for last 20years but will not be buying them any more if am only going to get 12,000 miles out of a set
Not what they promised at all!!
I USED to love these tires for the exact reasons they promised! BUT i have recently bought 2 full sets (4) of these tires for my 05 dodge 2500 within the last 39,289 miles. I do not do a ton of heavy pulling or any wild and out of the ordinary just highway, gravel, and occasional towing and these tires are not worth the money at all! I will not be purchasing these tires again.
Great tire
Have them on a 2002 f250 diesel 4wd and love them. My truck has chewed up toyos in 20k, have 30k+ on these and have good tread life left tow a boat and haul often. Had original ko's before and went over 60k on them. Do well in snow and dirt, haven't gone in mud or sand so can't comment on that.
Great tire
Overall great tires about to buy another set. I have a set of 35 12.50. 17 10ply e rating on my 2013 ram 2500 cummins. I am now at 63,000mi and still have decent amount on all except one, and it's only slick because I just had to hook up to someone on a rock road and it chewed it up. Being that it is a 10ply ride is a bit rough and I went from 20mpg with street tires to around 17mpg with these but not something to make me want to change tires. Performance in mud is very suprising considering it is only an all terrain. I hade them drag me thru a slick top field with a six horse trailer loaded down with 3 horses and camping gear. Defiantly getting another set, but most likely will go to a 37 12.50 17.
Do not buy for 3/4 ton truck!
I have put around 17,000 miles on a set of these tires on my 2015 Silverado 2500HD. Tires are about shot. Very disappointed in the tread life!
