Not round tires!

I have owned and 4 sets of KO2s but my last set have been a nightmare :( after 10k miles and failing road force so bad the Hunter machine was maxing out I had enough and made BFG take them back. The truck has never really driven right since getting them on a year ago constant vibrations at highway speed. I had my differential randomly go out on me on the highway and I do no heavy towing I found it weird as it cracked the G80 housing. So after rebuilding and re gearing I took it in to have balance and discount informed me two tires were unsafe to continue on.

More money for a lesser tire

I just got a new set of 315/70 R17's KO2's for my 2014 Raptor and noticed that they do have the rim guard like the K/O's. My other complaint is the tire compound seems a fair amount softer then than the previous generation as well. Needless to say I'm not very happy and won't be getting any more BFG tires from now on unless the original All Terrain T/A KO's come back.

Dry rot is for real!

I've owned the KO2s for a month now so not sure I can talk about tread life, but I di own KOs before which I had to replace because I felt unsafe with them since they were cracking due to dry rot. I was not happy since they still had 9/32 tread left at 45,000 miles but were out of warranty since they were 6 years old. I do live in Arizona where the summers are harsh but I would expect for the tires to last longer than 6 years if they are well kept as mine were. The only reason I got KO2s again is BFG did offer me a 25% discount on my new tires, and they are a nice ride on my 4X4.

2015 Ram 1500 Hemi

Had theses tires on my truck for just about a year now and I love them amazing tread life and traction, the only issue that i ever had with the tires is wet traction in rain especial taking off from a light or stop sign, locations were contaminates were on the ground i.e. oil. Otherwise this was a phenomenal tire I did a lot of hunting back in nasty muddy areas and was never left stuck simply amazing traction also pulling boats in and out of water on steep wet slippery ramps was no issue in 2wd along with good sand traction.

Would and did buy them again

Purchased my first set for my full size 1986 Chevy truck with an extra for a prerunner rack and then two years later put them on my daily driver, a 2015+ Subaru Outback. Plan to add underbelly protection and 4" lift with additional coilover air lift to make this one "bad" daily driver that can go anywhere and do most things. Sure it isnt a rockcrawler but throw me anything else a that you can do with your jeep and its game on and comfortable for 4 full size adutls. The "Sub-ricon".

Very happy

We finally broke down and bought new tires for our Tahoe. We needed an all terrain tire as we do go off road occasionally. I am very happy with these tires. They ride great, they are not loud, which I was worried about since they are a meatier tire, and they handle the off road nicely. Overall just super happy with them.

KO-2's are excellent for just about everything!

I put these tires on my about JKU 2 years ago after doing much research and seeing the tires at the Bantam Jeep Festival. After speaking with the BF Goodrich reps there, I was certain that I wanted to give them a try. I have 18" stock wheels on my 2011 Sahara and I went the stock size tire 255x70x18. They look awesome mounted on my Jeep. They are much heftier than the stock tires and perform great in all types of weather conditions on and off road. The mpg took a little hit (1-2 mpg) because of the extra grip and weight I guess, but it is well worth it for the performance I got in return. Next time around, I'll probably go with a larger tire size and definitely stay with the KO-2's.

Great tire, long lasting on FJ Cruiser

I have these tires on My Trail Teams FJ Cruiser, going on 56K miles and still have some life on them. Had the same luck on a Dodge Power Wagon previously, no problems, good tread wear, quiet and great traction. Not sure what the issue with other posts but more than likely an issue with the drive train. Looking a purchasing another set for my FJ and saw a negative post and felt I needed to clear it up for anyone reading it.

These live up to the BFG T/A name

I've had the T/A KO2 on my 2015 F150 for just at 50K miles now and they are still at 6/32nd's tread. Have held up great for me with normal rotations and pressure checks. I tow a 10K lb gooseneck horse trailer at times and just bump the air pressure up and they take it great. I will be buying another set for sure when these finally wear out. Very quiet too compared to the older versions.

Very dissatisfied with the BFG KO2

Installed on my '14 Ram 2500 in Feb. 2016. They Only lasted only 29k miles. They did not wear evenly even-though I rotated them and had my alignment checked 3x in the 13 months I owned them. I had one tire wear so badly that the store I bought them from offered to replace it at no charge but I opted to buy 4 new tires of a different brand instead.
