Review Summary
The BFGoodrich tires provide a mixed experience. Many customers are satisfied with the excellent grip, smooth ride, and quiet performance, especially in wet conditions. However, some customers have reported issues such as excessive road noise, poor stability, and premature wear, with some needing to replace the tires prematurely. The overall quality and performance can vary, so customers should carefully consider their driving needs before purchasing.

Terrible
Bad from the start. Always bouncy and loud first thing in the morning, then seems to even out after warming up. After doing regular tire rotations, just after the most recent I'm told the tread is choppy. Well I'm pretty sure it's been choppy from the start. I will never purchase this brand again. I've only put 22,000 miles on these tires. What a waste. If I'd known about the 60 day satisfaction guarantee I would've gotten rid of them right away. Stick with Michelin.

Don't Gamble on these
Bought 4 for my Escape. Installed and balanced at Costco. They were always rough and noisier than my Michelins. The rating is for 120,000km. After 18,000km Costco will not reinstall the two on the front as I switch over from winters. The middle groove only is worn down to below the usable. Rotated and car was aligned two days ago and is perfect. They suggested over inflation. I did not need to adjust pressures. I have never seen a tire were 1-2psi would wear them out in the middle with only 15% of the stated warranty worn. Reading the reviews this seems to have happened to other drivers. I wish I knew of the quality dropped to hit or miss on BFGoodrich. Had I read the reviews I would have been full informed. Some positive but too many negative experiences. Now I am out $900.

Very Quiet!
I purchased my tires for my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan on Black Friday 2025. They are Great. Very Quiet! Great Traction!

Good tires
These set of tires have good grip and traction! These are 65000 mile tires. I do not know about the durability since I just got them.
>> The sizes shown are average design values for tires measured on specified measuring rim widths. Some tires may vary from this value by +/-3% of the section height (affecting overall diameter), and +/-4% of the section width.
>> Section width varies approximately 0.2" (5mm) for every 0.5" change in rim width.
>> Tread patterns are often tuned to accommodate different tire widths. Tires for a particular dimension of a given tireline may vary in appearance from the tire shown in the photograph.
XL = Extra Load
WARNING: Serious or fatal injury may result from tire failure due to underinflation or overloading. To ensure correct air pressure and vehicle load, refer to vehicle owner's manual or tire information placard on the vehicle. Serious injury or death may result from explosion of tire/rim assembly due to improper mounting. Only tire professionals should mount tires and they should never inflate beyond 40 psi to seat the beads. Before mixing types of tires in any configuration on any vehicle, be sure to check the vehicle owner's manual for its recommendations.
DANGER: Never mount a 16" diameter tire on a 16.5" rim.
DANGER: Never mount a 17" diameter tire on a 17.5" rim.
Inflation pressure increase must not exceed the maximum pressure branded on the tire sidewall. When a customer requests a replacement tire with a lower speed rating than the original equipment tire, you must clearly communicate to him or her that the handling of the vehicle may be different, and that its maximum speed capability is limited to that of the lowest speed-rated tire on the vehicle. Exceeding the lawful speed limit is neither recommended nor endorsed.
For high-speed driving, additional inflation pressure and possibly reduced tire loading and/or upsizing is required. In the absence of specific recommendations by the vehicle manufacturer, use the following guidelines based on those in the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organization Standards Manual.
For speeds over 160km/h (100 mph), load and inflation must be adjusted according to the table below.
