I have been taking my 2007 Highlander here for 2 years for small and large jobs. Each time I've worked with a different member of the service team, and each time I am left feeling happy about their attention to detail, knowledge, and kindness. Today it was Vincent who embodied these traits, with the enthusiasm that I also consistently observe among service team members, despite the heavy volume of work they must handle daily. The team seems like they love what they do, and I believe the founders of Toyota would be proud know that their brand value of "commitment to customers" is alive and well at Regency Toyota Vancouver Parts & Service.

Regency Toyota has always been a pleasure to go to. I dropped off my 2008 FJ with 310,000 km for service.
My service advisor, Vincent, kept me updated the whole time. water pump done , pulley changed. It was completed in just two days — very efficient, which I really appreciate.
Assistant service manager Jeff was also very nice and explained everything to me when I picked up my car.

Regency Toyota provided me with the utmost service. Every step of the way was seamless and smooth from the booking of my vehicle until I picked it up. They conducted a full inspection and informed me of all of the necessary servicing that needed to be done. My car is noticeably performing much better. I will entrust the entire Regency Toyota team with all of my vehicle/mechanical needs going forward.

I am a long term Toyota car owner and have always had a positive experience at Regency.
Today, I took my mother in to get her RAV 4 serviced and they didn’t disappoint. My mother was so happy that Regency was able to diagnose and fix her car on the same day. She really appreciated the extra touch of the staff cleaning and vacuuming the inside of the car for her too.

Went here for service and they were very fast and friendly. Jeff and Trevor were really great to deal with too. Came to this dealer after a bad experience at one closer to home, glad I switched! Even if it’s a far away drive for me!
