I had a great experience with purchasing a new car at Carter Honda. Mori and Amir were very warm and kind, and they made the whole process smooth and comfortable.
Ali and Kadi also did a great job explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions clearly.
Overall, the service was excellent and friendly. I highly recommend them :)

A few days ago, I came here for an oil change and filter replacement. My car was ready in the shortest time possible, and the cost was much lower than other places. This was despite the fact that they didn’t have my car’s oil in stock and had to order it. The customer service was also outstanding.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this service center , and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I booked an appointment the day before for an oil change and was told they had availability all day, so I expected quick service.
When I arrived, I was told there was a 3-hour wait just for a basic oil change. Then they told me there might be a transmission oil leak and that they needed to run a diagnosis.
Since I live outside their service area, they refused to give me a ride home, so I had to take an Uber. After 5 hours, they still couldn’t pinpoint the issue but charged me for the diagnosis anyway.
This was extremely frustrating long delays, extra costs, and no real answers. This place clearly lacks professionalism and transparency. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I've been a loyal customer here for years, and while the front staff is always friendly and welcoming, I'm disappointed by the quality of work and lack of thoroughness.
Over time, they've failed to address several issues I've brought to their attention:
* A locking feature I requested to be fixed, which they said was fixed, but they must not have tested it before giving the car back to me (minor, but still overlooked).
* They misdiagnosed a brake noise, blaming it on an "out of market part that doesn't need replacement." I later discovered at another shop that it was actually a rusty brake component that did need attention.
* Despite paying for their "B service," which I understood to include a thorough inspection, they missed obvious problems with my alternator and battery. Issues that surfaced just 6 months later.
What are they actually checking during these inspections? I expected more from a shop I've trusted for years.

I brought my car in for servicing last week and had such an amazing experience. Thea was the absolute best - so kind and informative. She kept me in the loop the entire time my car was being serviced with texts and images to make sure I was properly informed of all the issues my car ended up having. Technicians did an amazing job as well. I also sincerely appreciated the car service as I was dropped off at home and picked up when my car was ready - Marcello was so kind and provided a pleasant and safe drive. Highly recommend this location and I will definitely bring my car back for future servicing!
