I ordered a 2026 Tacoma TRD Pro. Matt Shipley was the sales associate that took care of everything for me. He regularly kept me updated on when it was being built and when it would be delivered. He is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and accessories and easily answered all my questions. The trade in process was easy and a fair price from what I researched. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle.

Just Horrible, don t recommend dealing with them. My experience here raised serious concerns about honesty. I was promised by Emma a car in perfect condition and drove 700 km from NB based on that assurance. When I arrived, took it for ride, surprises, multiple dashboard warnings were lighting up, including the engine light. Instead of acknowledging this, I was given excuses about sensors and code readers. The manager eventually stepped in, but even she could not deny what was obvious. I was even offered flatten flowers as present...., but that does not replace honesty. I left feeling misled and very disappointed. I don t recommend this place. When I recall that they were offering me to bring the car to my place so i don t havre to travel.... I feel that I m lucky that I refused it. I insist that the misleading behavior was intentional. When we were about to enter the vehicle, Emma suddenly insisted on showing us something “very important” — how to manually open the gas cap and the importance of hearing it click when closing. She added that if it is not closed properly, error messages may appear on the dashboard...... When we started the vehicle, there were no warning lights at all, as if they had been cleared beforehand. However, after driving only about 300 meters on the highway, all of the warning lights reappeared. The same lights that can be seen in your ads that was online for more than 3 months, and I mentioned to you when i reviewed the ads pictures . I was even told thst it was probably my fault for driving it, which is chocking ... The issues with the vehicle were numerous: a strong unpleasant odor inside the car, the poor condition of the engine, issue with starting the vehicule, visible oil on the engine, and several other concerns that you know better. Your technician was present, and you stated it would take only a few minutes to read the errors code and determine the problems. I was then reassured that these issues were “almost normal” and “not a big deal.” It was clear, however, that the problems were significant and could not be hidden. This experience has resulted in considerable inconvenience and loss of trust. I am writing this and taking time just to warn other people like me to not be foolish by people like these. If someone want to buy a car it s not the right place, the brand is respectable but not these people!

Labelled they put in 0w 20 instead of the required 0w 16. They may rub greasy/oily/dirty hands all over your car door too. July 31st update. They did give me the proper oil to put in the car along with 50 dollar gas card as compensation for cleaning off greasy hand print. BUT today I notice that they had gotten grease and or oil over sprayed on all 4 door latches. It was on some of the door weather stripping seals. Truro toyota did clean it off. Also have noticed they had wayyyy overtightened my oil cap. They were very friendly to deal with in getting things resolved. Friendly people working here.

Be careful taking your car to Truro Toyota. They worked on my transmission and didn’t tighten the drain nut properly. Transmission oil leaked out, and I only noticed when it was almost too late. Very sloppy work. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Matt Shipley at Truro Toyota was excellent to deal with! I had to wait a while for my new highlander but received regular updates and got exactly what I wanted. He was very informative when I was trying to decide what trim level to go with. Very happy with my purchase and the service received!
