2 days ago I purchased a 2019 Mazda cx3 from this dealership. The overall experience was a bit Rocky. They purposely tried to hide a severe damage on the fender of the car as they did not include any photos of it in their listing or on their Facebook page. When I called the dealership they told me the body is in great shape. However, when I saw the car in person it was obvious that the fender needed to be completely replaced and painted. There was never a mention of the body damage and I had to drive to the dealership for an hour to find that out myself. I even called ahead of the time and they were like. Yep the body is great and there is nothing wrong with it. Furthermore, they advised me that the car comes with winter tires. After purchasing the car and bringing it home, I realized that there were winter tires in the car with no rims and the tires were studded which is illegal in Ontario. So technically they were completely useless to me. This is a bit on me as I should have double checked. It is worth mentioning that I have purchased multiple vehicles in as-is condition from other dealerships and they have always managed to obtain a plate for me. For some reason this dealership was not able to get any plates for me from Ontario service. However, they had the decency to deliver the car to my doorstep and this is the reason I'm not deducting any more stars. I think at 3 to 4 star rating is very fair for this dealership. The sales rep Mohammad was amazing, however Reza was a bit hard to deal with. Considering all the things that were wrong with the car + poor customer experience, they really didn't offer that much discount.

I just leased a Hyundai Palisade. I had a horrible experience at the Newmarket Hyundai. I was so close to writing off Hyundai as an option. Then I came to the downtown Hyundai, my experience and the team specifically, Luis Martins turned that all around. After waiting over a month for a vehicle from the Newmarket Hyundai my deal was cancelled. Luis reviewed the paperwork explained how there were soo many missing pieces and helped me figure out how they could get to my price range for a car and I was sitting in my new palisade two days later. I am very grateful to Luis for making it all happen so easily, he did all the background work without having me wait at the dealership, and without any back and forth. 10000000% recommend. And they also don’t buy their 5star ratings like Newmarket. This was 100% earned and then some.

We just bought our new Hyundai from the most amazing team in Toronto. We visited sever dealerships over the span of a week and can confidently say that the care and support we received from the team at Hyundai was incomparable. We didn't ever feel like we were being sold to but instead we felt that they wanted to HELP us! We felt valued and taken care of by the entire team. Tonya, Emad and Kyle and all the other associates we interacted with were compassionate and understanding when it came to our requirements for a new vehicle. We would definitely recommend Downtown Hyundai if you are on the hunt for a new Hyundai! I guarantee that you will be taken care of.

Took our 2023 Hyundai Tucson for service today and was very pleased. Ryan Lall, the Service Advisor is very professional and friendly. He explained every aspect of what needed to be done and kept me updated with the progress of my service appointment. Thank you Ryan for keeping me updated. This was my first appointment with this dealership and because of how I was treated, it will be the only place I will have the vehicle serviced. Keep that smile Ryan!

I bought Hyundai Tucson AWD luxury Trim, 2021 model from this showroom mainly with the support of Tonya, Manish. My overall experience is good so far for this CPO car purchase. I suggest explaining the upfront cost involved in this purchase more clearly and that would be easier to take purchase decision for those who are not financial savvy. The delivery process was smoother than expected. I wish their business growth in future!
