This review is LONG overdue! The team here at Acura Downtown are AWESOME! I bought my beautiful TLX here three years ago and had the pleasure of dealing with Ilya. Ilya made the whole process and I still remember he took the time to make sure I was completely comfortable with everything before I pulled out if the lot. This guy now comes right over every time I come in for maintenance just to say hi and chat. Its not about the sale, its about keeping lifelong customers. I really appreciate how personable he is, great guy! Im in Burlington and I come all the way here for maintenance and service because these guys are amazing! I typically deal with Anthony, but they all work as a team so Dimitar and Harry are always there too! All these guys are always accommodating, understanding (when im late for my appointments) and they really listen to what I need and answer all my questions. They dont recommend anything I dont need and they always get me out when they say they will. I sometimes use the shuttle service too and Alan is great at navigating through the city traffic to get me to and from where I need to be. Wanna also give appreciation to the mechanics I never get to meet... they do all the dirty work, hope they know how appreciative I am for their hard work and experience. My TLX is always in top condition thanks to everyone at Acura Downtown. Also their facilities are always clean and the washrooms and complimentary items are always stocked. I hate driving in downtown TO but I love coming to see these guys! Buy your next Acura here and take your Acura here for service!

I had an amazing experience at Acura Downtown! Faizan is an outstanding salesperson. Very knowledgeable, patient and made the entire process so smooth and stress free! The team members Even and Ray are also just as amazing to deal with and they took care of every little detail from paperwork, warranty details, rust proofing and getting the vehicle ready for me. Such a great experience. I would highly recommend this Acura location to everyone!!!

I had a great experience with the service department minutes before closing. I suddenly experienced a deafening rattling noise in my rear wheel and I wasn't sure if it was safe to operate the vehicle or not. On my way home, I decided to stop by Acura Downtown. I arrived at 550 pm and There was no one from the service desk although it said closing at 6 pm. I decided to go to the service shop hoping someone can quickly check it out. As soon as I drove in, Blaise greeted me, and immediately told me it must be a piece of rock stuck between rotor and cover plate. He got a metal bar and removed the rock. It was a relief as I thought it would have been a pricey fix. It turned out to be free. Thanks Blaise for the favour.

Not my first Acura Dealership Experience but definitely my best Acura Dealership Experience. Special mention to Aisha Shali for making we feel welcomed and helping me through everything. Definitely recommend this dealership over a few others if you're looking for a car.

Evan was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We purchased an 2021 RDX A-Spec and he was incredibly welcoming and kind throughout the entire process. His communication was top-notch—always keeping us updated and making sure everything went smoothly. On delivery day, he made sure every detail was perfect and made sure we were 100% happy. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants the best for them. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you are looking to purchase a car from here be sure to do it with Evan!
