Canadian Tire is truly a one-stop solution store. You can find almost everything under one roof, from stationery items to a wide range of car accessories. Especially for winter, this store is very useful — windshield washer fluid, winter car care products, tools, and other seasonal essentials are easily available.
The store is well organized, so it’s easy to find what you need without wasting time. Prices are reasonable and there are often good deals and discounts. It’s very convenient because you don’t need to visit multiple stores for different items.
The staff is okay — polite and helpful when you ask for assistance. Overall, shopping at Canadian Tire is always a reliable and convenient experience, especially for everyday needs and car-related items. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for quality products and variety in one place.

This was the worst automotive service experience I have ever had, and I am writing this to warn other customers about Canadian Tire at 120 Street and 78 Ave, especially the attender Guldip. On September 23rd, 2025, I went in for a tire replacement, which should have been a simple and routine job. Instead, the staff—who appeared inexperienced and unprofessional—added multiple unnecessary items and insurance-related charges without proper explanation. The final bill came to 1069 CAD, which felt completely unreasonable. There was no transparency, no clear consent, and no effort to explain why the cost was so high. I felt pressured rather than helped, which immediately raised concerns about their integrity and customer service.
After leaving the shop, the situation became genuinely dangerous. While driving on the highway, my car became unstable twice while turning—the driver-side felt slippery, and the vehicle started pulling sideways, almost causing an accident. This was terrifying and clearly indicates improper or careless tire installation. Tire service directly affects road safety, and this level of negligence is unacceptable. When I returned to the store to report this serious safety issue, there was no apology, no urgency, and no sense of responsibility. Instead of addressing the problem, the staff acted dismissive and made it feel like the issue was somehow my fault.
What made the experience even worse was how they handled my complaint. I was asked to pay more money just to have the suspension checked, despite the issue appearing immediately after their service. I was told to come back the next day to meet Dan and informed that unless I paid 60 CAD, they would not even touch my car. This response was unethical, irresponsible, and completely unacceptable—especially when customer safety was at risk.
This location lacks professionalism, accountability, and proper technical skills. I regret trusting this branch, will never return, and strongly advise others to avoid it. Safety should always come before profit, and this store failed on every level.
The staff member wearing a turban, who said his name was Gurdip or Gurldip, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I clearly complained about the poor work done on September 22, 2025, and I reported the issue again on February 2, 2026. Instead of listening, I was told that “five months are over” and that I must pay again—without even understanding the simple calculation that it has only been four months, not five. They wasted more than one full hour of my time, gave no solution, and showed no respect. I was bluntly told to come back the next day to talk to Dan and pay 60 CAD, otherwise “we are not touching your car.” This behavior was rude, dismissive, and unacceptable. Their attitude made it seem like their time is money, but my time means nothing to them. This kind of treatment toward a paying customer is insulting and completely unprofessional.

Khrishiv was SO nice and helped me and I was crying because I needed the Shark Product and he made my day so much better! Wow. Great customer service. I will be coming back. He helped me find it in the aisles.

Went in to get some work done on my car at Canadian Tire’s Auto Service department, and the experience wasn’t great. The person at the front counter didn’t seem too interested in helping — just kind of gave off the vibe that he didn’t want to be there. What really stood out was that he was wearing flip-flops, even while going into the garage area, which felt pretty unprofessional. Overall, the place didn’t give me much confidence in the service. Expected a bit more from a name like Canadian Tire.

I’ve been a regular at this 72nd & 120th St Canadian Tire for the past 3 years, and I can't say enough good things. While the in-store experience is great, I really want to highlight the Curbside Pickup team. Every single time I’ve used the service, they’ve been fast, professional, and incredibly helpful. It’s been 3 years of consistently amazing service. Keep up the great work, team!
