Attention: Inder, Justin, and James I brought my truck into Langley Chrysler last Wednesday for an additional radiator check after previously noticing a faint coolant smell. From the moment I arrived, the team reassured me they would take care of it properly—and they absolutely delivered. Because of the confidence I have in their service department, I also decided to move forward with a suspension upgrade at the same time: a Bilstein 5100 setup with approximately a 2–2.2” lift in the front and a 1” lift in the rear on my 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie (running 285/55R22s). I picked up my truck today and couldn’t be happier. The coolant smell is completely gone, the lift was installed perfectly, and the alignment was done right. The truck drives exactly as it should and looks fantastic. The automotive business isn’t easy these days, but what really stands out here is that this team does not cut corners. They take pride in their work, communicate clearly, and follow through on what they say they’ll do. I’m extremely satisfied with the experience and will be bringing my truck back to Langley Chrysler for all future service—oil changes, filter replacements, alignments, and anything else it needs.
