If you’re looking for a new vehicle at Dams Ford, Harry is the person you want to talk to. He is honest, fast, and extremely helpful. I traded in my old vehicle and purchased a brand-new truck through him. Harry contacted me within 30 minutes of submitting my online request, and his manager Jordan provided a trade-in value within an hour. I picked up the new truck just two days later. Harry even drove me to the bank and helped with the payment process. The sales team didn’t pressure me into buying anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended.

– Extremely Disappointed and Misled I purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Dams Ford Lincoln about a year ago, and my sales representative was Vivek Sharma. This has been the worst car-buying experience of my life, and I want everyone to know exactly what happened. The car developed a major fuel pump issue on the SECOND day of ownership. I immediately contacted Vivek, and he simply told me to take the vehicle to the company dealership instead of helping me. I had financed $52,000, and within just two days, the vehicle started showing serious issues. Dams Ford Lincoln kept my car for three days, saying they fixed it — but the very next day the same problem returned. When I called Vivek again, he stopped taking responsibility and told me to “use the external warranty,” which they had added when I bought the vehicle. The external warranty company charged me $250 just to check the issue, and they claimed the problem was the “auto start battery.” That made no sense because the issue was with the engine not picking up race and the gears not shifting. Still, Dams Ford just replaced the battery and gave the vehicle back. Two days later, the exact same problem came back again. From that point onwards, Vivek completely stopped taking my calls. I was left alone with a faulty vehicle and multiple repair bills. The biggest shock: When I bought the car, they showed me a Carfax report with only an $800 claim. But when I tried to resell the car to another dealership, the real Carfax showed a $10,000 claim. This was a huge misrepresentation and destroyed the resale value of my vehicle. I ended up having to sell the car at a $13,000 loss (negative equity) just to get out of this nightmare. Today, I’m extremely stressed, financially hurt, and deeply disappointed with how Dams Ford Lincoln and Vivek Sharma handled everything. They completely ignored me after the sale, provided misleading information, and left me with a massive loss. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. I have photos, videos, and full proof of everything I experienced, and I will continue posting reviews everywhere so people don’t go through the same situation. Totally strresed about the money about 13k negative.

Bought a car back in early December 2025 and had the pleasure of working with Brian! We were between 2 different models and trims, and Brian was super patient while we test drove nearly every one on the lot. Once we found the one, negotiations took a bit but we ultimately landed on a deal we were super happy with. I can’t remember the name of the woman who helped us in the business office but she was super friendly, knowledgeable and made the process easy and stress-free. We ultimately went with a Bronco Sport and couldn’t be happier, I do wish it had been a bit cleaner inside and out when I was given the keys but that’s not something that would keep me from coming back. Thank you Brian and the rest of the team!

I had AK as a salesman and he was amazing. I came in with my parents with very specific requests (including a car that does not exist in the country) and AK helped me manage my expectations and find a car that I loved. He was very patient with me and showed me multiple cars / colours before I landed on the one I eventually purchased. Courtney in finance was very kind and efficient, and was able to answer all of my questions. This was my first time buying a new vehicle so I was not fully sure what to expect and I definitely had a lot of questions. AK and the sales manager Corey both worked with me to get a biweekly rate in my price range. AK set up my ford app for me and even offered to take a picture of me with the car once I was leaving! Overall such a seamless process.

Everyone here was so helpful and made getting my 2023 Bronco Sport a smooth and hassle-free process. Big thanks to Liam who went above and beyond - giving me video tours of the car before I came over from Victoria and leaving no stone unturned. Also Sookjeet the sales manager spent so much time answering all my questions about warranties and wasn’t pushy at all, which was so refreshing. He even talked me into spending LESS money because he thought it was the right thing to do - he is truly a special manager!! Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
