I had such a great experience with Riyad! He was attentive, patient, and incredibly friendly—overall just a great person to deal with. His service was exceptional, and I have to say the entire staff was just as welcoming and professional. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about Dawn, my Technical Advisor at Volkswagen. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me with my vehicle concerns. Dawn took the time to clearly explain everything, answer all my questions, and walk me through the details in a way that was easy to understand. Her expertise and professionalism are truly top-notch. She didn't sugar code anything and was completely transparen, which was really apreciated.
I always knew what was going on with my car, what to expect next, and felt completely confident in her reccomending me to take a full oil change, instead of a small one. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire process.

A bit cumbersome getting there if coming from Ottawa/Gatineau area using highway 40. Staff are attentive and they really want to get your business, relax atmosphere and the guys were outstanding to get the car sort out with minor issues but still issues.

Service is a lottery. You might get lucky... but probably not. It is important to note that the great reviews for this place concern the sales dept., not the service dept./mechanic shop.
I showed up at the specified time of my appointment and they did not touch my car until four hours later, despite me having booked a specific time slot and being stationed in the waiting room along with enough people to build an army. I ultimately spent nearly 5 hours on site.
And in between? Quiet insults openly traded in another language, as if no one could possibly understand, despite us being in one of the most diverse neighbourhoods in the city. I'd avoid this place for detailing or repairs.

I dealt with Abu for my transaction and i had a great experience. Took the time to go above and beyond for me and explain the details of the car during the test drive. A real red carpet service with Abu. Would highly recommend.
