My son just bought a used car, the car had a bit of scratches and dents. They completely buffed the car removed the dents and made the car look almost brand new. The sales person David was amazing, the service was amazing. The delivery went smooth and Mylene got us out in no time. I highly recommend this place to everyone

I visited multiple dealerships while looking for a car and honestly the experience everywhere was very disappointing. Most salespeople were pushy, put a lot of pressure, and made you feel uncomfortable as if you did not know what you were doing. This dealership was completely different. From David Martineau to Robert and Mylenne..during delivery, everything was top notch, transparent, and professional. There was no pressure at all, just honest guidance and respect. You can find a car anywhere, but here you get a truly different and special experience. Highly recommended.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this Toyota Saint-Eustache. I’ve always brought my car here for every service, and I even bought my vehicle from this dealership. Today, I had an appointment for a recall, and when I arrived, they told me they couldn’t find my appointment at all. I took time off work to be there, and instead of trying to accommodate me, they simply scheduled me for another day. It really feels like they don’t care now that it’s a recall and not a paid service. I tried calling the manager Francois; no answer. At this point, I’ll be contacting Toyota directly because this was completely unacceptable. I expected much better customer service and organization from a dealership I’ve been loyal to for years.

I recently purchased a 2023 Mazda CX-5 Signature from Toyota St-Eustache. The vehicle is excellent, and the dealership deserves credit for several positives: they performed a thorough inspection, proactively repaired any issues, and the car was beautifully detailed at delivery. I felt the final deal was fair — it took negotiation, but ultimately was a win-win. The administrative staff were courteous and professional throughout, and the finance director, Robert, along with the delivery team, were a pleasure to deal with, provided the customer-focused, detail-oriented service I was hoping for. Where the experience fell short for me was with the salesperson. While negotiation itself was expected, the overall approach made the process stressful. My request for an independent inspection was met with pushback, securing a license plate for this independent inspection test drive took more effort than it should have, and on delivery day the wrong wheel nuts were installed — quickly corrected, but again after initial pushback. Finally, a contract discrepancy between the client and the dealership copies led to tense interactions, though the administrative team finally took over and resolved it professionally. Overall, I am very happy with the car and with the professionalism of the finance, delivery and service staff. However, the approach of the salesperson made the process more stressful than it needed to be.
