I am compelled to document my experience with this Volkswagen dealership due to the seriousness of the issues involved and the manner in which they have been handled. I am the owner of a 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line that is affected by a documented and recurrent excessive oil consumption defect. This vehicle has been returned to the dealership for the second time for the same issue. Less than one year ago, the dealership performed a major engine-related repair, which has failed to resolve the defect. The vehicle is currently in the dealership’s possession. I was advised that additional components are required, with availability not expected until December, resulting in a prolonged delay approaching one year. Notwithstanding the acknowledged mechanical defect and the incomplete repair, I was instructed to retrieve the vehicle in its defective state and return it at a later date once parts become available. I was further advised that, during this interim period, I would be required to personally assume the recurring cost of engine oil refills on a bi-weekly basis, despite the defect being mechanical in nature and covered under warranty. This course of action effectively transfers the financial burden, operational risk, and inconvenience associated with a known defect to the consumer, while the dealership and manufacturer defer corrective action. Such a practice raises serious concerns regarding warranty compliance, reasonable repair timelines, and adherence to consumer protection obligations under applicable Québec law. Requiring a customer to operate a vehicle with a recognized engine defect, incur ongoing expenses, and make repeated long-distance trips for an unresolved warranty issue reflects a failure to meet reasonable standards of care and accountability expected of an authorized dealer. Based on these circumstances, I cannot recommend this dealership. This experience has materially undermined my confidence in both the dealership and the Volkswagen brand. Prospective consumers would be well advised to carefully consider these factors before purchasing or servicing a vehicle at this location. This matter is currently being escalated, as the handling of this issue raises legitimate concerns regarding consumer rights and manufacturer warranty obligations.

I had my car serviced today and the experience was excellent. The service was quick, professional, and very well handled. Everything was explained clearly, and the staff made sure the process was smooth from start to finish. Thank you for the great service!!

I brought my golf r here to replace my wheel bearing which was covered under warranty. Everything was all good until the service advisor Melanie lied to me. Went to pick up the loaner car and asked if I could grab something out of my golf r. My car was no where to be found. The whole dealership had no idea where my car was (they did, they just didn’t want to tell me what happened) the sales person, Mohammed was also lying to me just to get me off his case about where my car was, eventually after going in multiple times last weekend they finally told me my car was at a body shop. Which it had no reason to be and no one told me why it was there. I went to see my car for myself, they damaged my side skirt and weren’t planning on painting it at first, they were just planning on reattaching it and acting like nothing happened even though it was pretty scratched up as well as the clear coat was chipping off… I’ve had my whole car ceramic coated which they did not know about and I would have eventually noticed as I am a detailer and I take very good care of my golf r. I was very disappointed that the service advisor Melanie did not tell me what was going on. Instead she told me the wheel bearing was defective and they had to order another one which is why my car was taking so long when really one of the mechanics just damaged my car. The service manager Christian was great. He got my car repaired and everything was fixed. I don’t recommend coming here and if you do, do not trust the service advisor Melanie unless you’re okay with dishonesty. I have gotten services done at many Volkswagens and I have never come across a service advisor lying to the clients. This was not ok.

I changed a brand new car Taos comfortline with sales consultant Miguel and sales manager Tymothé in end of December. I really high recommend you to make a appointment for a excellent deal with them. They are always big smile and warm friendly when i visit and give a great solution for me. I am very satisfied my car so far and after a few years, I will also change my next car too with great team at Volkswagen Gabriel St-Constant. Thank you 👍

So excited about my new car! I was greeted with friendly service and Miguel was such a big help. He not only showed me all the amazing features of my new GTI, but explained everything I needed to know about leasing a new car as it is my first time. I highly recommend VW Gabriel St-Constant.
