Josh Gallagher General Sales Manager has earned my business for as long as he’s in the auto industry! Was looking for a very specific vehicle and when someone else dropped the ball he came in and earned my business for life. I had my request out to several different sales people and dealerships in both BC where I’m from and Alberta. Out of every salesperson and dealership Josh was not only the one person who found me exactly what I needed but went so far over and above what I would expect from a car salesperson and he’s not even a sales guy, he’s a General Sales Manager. From punctual updates to clarity on options and pricing. I can understand why he’s in the position he’s in. Clearly his position with Sherwood Park Chevrolet is well earned. During the entire process which went back and forth for over a month, I never felt pressured or that I was taking up his time. He was clear and concise. An excellent communicator who understands sales and leadership. I’ve never recommended a dealership or car sales person before. However, I will say that at any time in the future that myself or family is looking for a vehicle, I’ll be coming to him first. If he decides to move to a different dealership I’ll continue to give this man my business. Josh I know I already said it several times but thank you, sincerely! You actually made the stress of buying a new vehicle not only painless but enjoyable. You would be welcome at my home anytime!

Absolutely outstanding service my son received purchasing his truck here. Courtney and Peter made it stress and hassle free for a first time buyer. They were able to make it a quick and painless process getting him into a truck within a couple hours of applying and had him driving it home back to Saskatchewan that same afternoon. Highly recommended! Google wouldn't let me make a second separate review, so ill edit it in here. We were so astounded by the great service our son received that we had to see for ourselves. Again within minutes of applying online we received a call from Mae. She asked our needs and wants and got to work. She kept in constant communication over text which i prefer and kept us in the loop of the battles she was enduring because by no means did we send her an easy application. It was just a couple days later Peter called with the good news and our family couldn't be more happy with the perfect vehicle we requested and were able to get. Not once did they push us to buy something or add anything we didn't want and that alone made our decisions easy to make. Great people, great service, great experience!

Great service as always! Recently purchased my 4th truck from Nathan, always super easy and convenient. Also got my fiancé a Mazda she wanted it’s not their brand but every single time they received one on trade he immediately informed me. It worked out over the next week that they had a car I thought she’d want I gave him short notice and he had both vehicles immediately available for viewing, even let me take the car without her seeing it for the weekend to decide ! I’m always happy to make the long drive in appreciate you Nathan 👌

I recently retired and was looking to buy my dream truck that I have waited many many years for. A co worker recommended to me Sherwood Park Chevrolet and Owen in Sales. The process was incredibly easy and transparent. Owen was amazing with all his help and Mike in finance was also a great guy to deal with and made the entire process enjoyable. Unfortunately I had some unforeseen issues in regards to insurance and it delayed things on my end. I was incredibly stressed out and had to go through a lot of issues to secure insurance. Never once did they pressure me or push me they were incredibly helpful and understanding and patient and also recommended some companies to me to help. Own reached out to me during a ski trip while he was on vacation and again was nothing less than amazing with his help and understanding. The treatment I have received from Owen, Mike and all of Sherwood Park Chevrolet has been incredible and they have my business for life and they have my highest recommendation to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I was in business for many years and Customer Service like this is not the norm unfortunately but Sherwood Park Chevrolet has it figured out! I had a great experience at this dealership. Generous offer for my trade-in and a thoughtful location of the perfect truck at the perfect price. Ashton is a cool guy and great at his job. I'm sure the other salesmen are great too but he was my guy, and he'll be my guy next time too. It's a GMC dealership but I bought a Ford, so there's brand flexibility too. Sales manager was cool and low pressure, and even the finance department didn't sweat me. If you want a good vehicle buying experience, with people who take no for an answer, this is the place for you.
