bunch of liars, didnt disclose that one of the headlight on the car wasnt working and was in rough shape, most damages were not disclosed. Now I have to pay $2000 dollars out of my pocket to get a headlight for this car.

If you want to experience all the red flags and sketchy business practices, come here. I'm glad I purchased elsewhere. I put down a deposit as I would be coming from out of town. I initially found the car listed as a certified pre-owned Mercedes GLC. We negotiated a deal for slightly under the asking price. The following day, the sales agent called and said, 'Sorry, I didn’t realize it was certified and had already undergone inspection. We have to bump the price back up to the original.' We thought this was odd but still wanted the vehicle. I called to speak to the manager about them honouring the price since it wasn’t our fault for their mistake. Apparently, everyone at the dealership had difficulty speaking English and kept transferring or hanging up the phone. Finally, the original sales guy hopped on the call and said, 'No problem, we'll give you that deal.' Then, suddenly, the vehicle disappeared from the certified pre-owned section on both the Mercedes Canada site and the dealership's website. When I called Mercedes-Benz Canada, they told me the car was not certified pre-owned, as it wasn’t in their database. I called the dealership to ask why, and I got the runaround. They said, 'Well, we can't have it in the Mercedes-Benz Canada certified pre-owned database because the warranty only starts after you buy the car, and we took it off the website because we were getting too many inquiries. I honestly believe they're trying to cut corners on the car and sell it as a CPO without paying to bring it up to the proper standards or it actually being a legitimate CPO. Finally, after all of this, I decided to get my deposit back and walk away. Funny thing is, right after that, the same vehicle magically appeared back on the website, listed as Certified Pre-Owned and back on the Mercedes-Benz Canada site. They also dropped the price, which is interesting, considering they had so many buyers lined up and wanted to retract on our initial deal. Bring your business elsewhere, where you'll be respected and can trust what you're buying.

Just bought a 2016 Mercedes S550 which included a trade in of my 2008 Mercedes S550. Once ready to pick up new car the director of sales (Pierre Marc Jauron) canceled the trade in for no reason and left me with only the purchase part of our deal that was all negotiated and agreed with the salesman (Stephane Blondin). These guy are fishy they wanted me to give them a bill of sale with sales INCLUDING taxes that was not legal after calling Revenue Quebec. They have no respect for their clients and will do anything to sell a car at any cost, never saw this from a Mercedes Dealership.Long story short had to get Mercedes Canada , Revenue Quebec Better Business bureau, consumer protection and our lawyers involved to see what these guys are up to. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER BIG PROMISES BUT THEY DON'T DELIVER
