I’m now on my third purchase with 1010Tires and continue to be impressed. Over the years I’ve bought both tires and rims, and my most recent experience was with a tire specialist to special order Vossen rims and tires. The team was excellent, great communication, professional, and very knowledgeable. They even took the time to review a quote I’d received elsewhere and offered helpful insight and recommendations. That level of service and expertise made it easy to move forward with my purchase and solidified 1010Tires as my go-to tire and rim provider. Pricing is always competitive, often the best I can find. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality products and trustworthy advice.

A week ago I've ordered a set of rims from 1010 to put my winter tires on as it dumped a lot of snow here in Calgary. A week later, status of my order hasn't updated at all. Considering that pretty rims are not as important to as safety I decided not to wait installed my tires on the first set of rims I could find. Since the order hasn't been processed or shipped I've expected an easy cancelation with 1010, but boy was I wrong. When I messaged their life chat, a CEO/Owner Sofia responded and communication with her was less than pleasant. First, she told me that "they didn't sit around waiting for me to cancel" and my order is actually shipped, so if I want to cancel I will have to pay 15% restocking fees. When I asked why the status wasn't updated on the website, her response was that "they don't owe anything to the client, and they are too busy to update the status". I was also told that "they've been in business for a loooong time and they know what they are doing and people usually don't complain about the restocking fees". She claimed that tires were already shipped, but there were NO tracking number that she could produce for me. Anyway, long story short - canceled the order, payed restocking fees, for sure not coming back. Decided for yourself if you would like to deal with them. With this level of customer service I would imagine that dealing with any kind of warranty claims will be a freaking disaster.

had two dealings with this company, first dealing bought a set of 4 tires for wives suv, arrived promptly and tires have been great, also shipping was cheap!, second time ordered set of 4 tires for my truck, they did not have the tires i wanted, were on back order. My credit card was not charged, one quick phone call, and my order was cancelled and was told what tires they had for my size. I was after a certain tire, so i declined and got it on sale locally. These tires were back ordered everywhere, not 1010tires fault i tried lots of places,, I got SOOO lucky to get them on sale locally, and actually even cheaper then this website! I would deal with 1010 again.

Horrible place to deal with! Ordered wheels and tires totalling roughly $3500 and waited over 3 weeks to receive. They finally came in and the wheels do not fit the vehicle because they rub the brake calipers, the hub centric rings are the wrong size and do nothing to centre the rims. I politely informed them of the problem and got no reply for 2 days. Called them back and they said they were looking into it. Finally I agree to accept wheel spacers and longer bolt and wheel locks to make the wheels fit. They did not provide tracking info or return my calls, nor did they send express as I had requested. I purchased light weight wheels and they sent me heavy steel wheel spacers that were machined so thin in areas that i could bend the hub centric area with my fingers. They also resent the exact same, wrong sized centring rings. The wheel bolts were in fact longer but there were no wheel locks included...I paid for wheel locks. Now it's almost 6 weeks after I placed my order and I'm still driving on my expensive winter tires in 20 degrees sunny weather and I still can't mount the damn wheels. I expressed my dissatisfaction this morning and asked if I could just return everything and start over with a new vendor...no reply. Please just go somewhere else and avoid this mess.

They managed to somehow find and deliver my tires 5 days after placing an order. This is amazing since every other tire shop I contacted said that the tires I was looking for were on a 6 to 8 week back order from the manufacturer. I was a bit worried that I would get old tires that had been sitting in a warehouse for years but they were only 4 months old, so again - amazing!
