Best Service experience. The service advisor Aryan is amazing. Good mechanical knowledge and look after customer's vehicle from start to end. No pushy upselling like other dealership. He deserves a service manager title. I would definitely come back for oil change and refer other friends to come.

I went in this past week to look at SUV’s. My sales person was Lovish, he was genuine, transparent and not pushy. He seemed to really understand what we wanted and was able to make our needs. When I did the purchase, I said no to the almost $900 additional in mats but when I went to pick up the car I was surprised with getting that weather mat package as a gift. Definitely recommend Lovish!
My experience with the finance manager and insurance was great! Transparent and understanding. They were all great to deal with.

I dealt with Miley at Go Subaru in Richmond and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was super friendly and made the whole process incredibly easy. Most of the deal was handled over the phone, and when I arrived from out of town, they were very accommodating. Miley even stayed late to make sure everything was finalized smoothly. Signed the papers, and was on the road in no time. Excellent service and highly recommended!

Best Subaru dealership in the lower mainland. First class service. The other places waitlisted me for Subaru Forester E-boxer for over a year, this place found it within 2 months. The deal, the trade-in went very pleasantly and smoothly. No stereotypical car salesmen behaviour, which was a big relief. Everyone is courteous and transparent. Just had my first oil change and again wow! First class service, complimentary car wash, uber… Special thank you to the service department and Winnie and Mylene. 👍🏻 Very happy with my choice even though I have to commute from Maple Ridge. Absolutely worth it! 🙏🏻
