I must admit, I’ve never returned to Mercedes for regular maintenance before. Recently, I discovered that my 2013 B250, which I bought in 2022, had not been taken in for recalls in nine years by the previous owner. Nevertheless, they completed the service for me yesterday. I won’t mention the point-to-point Uber transportation provided so I could stay on duty during their work. Everything was complimentary, which might be standard for all brands. What impressed me was that my car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out.

I purchased a used car. While it may cost more, it's a truly trustworthy company thanks to its reliable inspections, after-sales service, repairs, and other services. The advisors are exceptionally competent, the customer service is friendly, and they are very attentive to customer needs. I highly recommend it.
