The WORST customer experience of my entire life, and bonus... In front of my 2 daughters (3 years and 8 months) and wife. The "sales rep", Jonathan Courtois, was not only completely unprofessional and rude, but even aggressive. I honestly don't know how people like this is put in front of customers. Please do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. This is more a "dépanneur" than a dealership.

I found exactly the car I was looking for at this dealership. I messaged them through AutoTrader that I was interested. A salesperson responded and I advised that I lived several hours away and requested a video of the vehicle concentrating on any blemishes and the rear of the vehicle where the carfax indicated there had been a collision. Never heard back. A different salesperson emailed me a few days later asking if there was anything they could do. Again I asked for a video of the vehicle and enquired about temporary registration so I could fly there and drive the vehicle back to Ontario. After several more days waiting, no video was ever sent. I called this morning and got a text response saying the vehicle is sold. Avoid this dealership. Very poor customer service… this was a $60K sale… the fact that they never sent a simple video is a huge red flag that the car was likely not in the condition they purported it to be in.

We are based in Ontario and found a vehicle we liked on the website. We spoke with 4 different people between my wife and myself before making the 2 hour drive. After clarifying again this morning around details with our current vehicle. We made the drive, we’re happy with the vehicle and then they told us that they couldn’t work with our current situation. I listened to my wife talk to someone before we left home who ASSURED us we would have no issues and making the drive they would make it worth our while. After two of us taking a day off work and my wife being 8.5 months pregnant I don’t know what more we could have done to clarify the situation. A waste of time and money. I’ve never been so frustrated with a customer service experience.

I bought a used car from Complexe Kia Montreal in September and was very satisfied with the service given by Patrice Lord and the sales staff. All commitments had been fulfilled when I arrived to pick up the car and the financial closing process was smooth and efficient. Very professional service from A to Z. Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend this dealership.

As I was on a trip to Chicoutimi from the U.S, I took my car there for service and they cracked my temperature control panel which made it unresponsive however they did not tell me when I picked up my car. I only realized it a few minutes after I left so I go back and report it to them, therefore they admit their wrongdoing and order the part but since I couldn’t make it to the dealership for them install it, we agreed that I would pick up the part and get it installed in U.S at their cost of course. Long story short, I pay out of pocket to install the piece in the U.S, send them the bill ($373 USD) and they call to tell me that they will reimburse be $373 cad. Mind you $373 USD is over $500 CAD. How could anyone make sense of this?? I refused to take any less than what I paid and intend to sue to get my money back. Worst experience at a dealership ever!!! Update 12-21-22: they randomly texted me and finally decided to fully refund me my money.
