The reviews led us here and they’re absolutely true! This is the first dealership I’ve ever been to where I didn’t feel like I was going to be oversold. No pressure, no sales tactics, just a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish.
We worked with Ryan and had the chance to meet Ernesto, the General Sales Manager. It’s our first Subaru and definitely not the last. The trip from Calgary was absolutely worth it!

Easily the best Subaru dealership in Alberta. We live in Calgary but are more than willing to drive to Red Deer for service. We had a warranty issue with our 2024 Crosstrek and Scott Subaru was able to book us in the very next day. Harmony from the service team is the absolute best. She provided amazing customer service along with clear and timely updates for the repair. As part of the repair work, the service team completely cleaned the engine bay. It was spotless! The shuttle service was also great as usual. My only wish is that Scott Subaru would open a dealership in Calgary.

I went to Scott Subaru and purchased a 2026 Crosstrek. Start to finish at this dealership was amazing. There was never any pressure and the whole process was transparent.
I highly recommend making the drive to Red Deer and dealing with Adam.

My search for a Subaru started with frustration at another dealership in Edmonton, but ended perfectly at Scott Subaru. I am very happy with my experience. Adam was wonderfully courteous and knowledgeable, providing clear answers to all my questions. The communication was seamless, the pricing was transparent, and there was absolutely no sales pressure. We were encouraged to take our time on the test drive and making decision. Within 2 hours, I purchased the car. I highly, highly recommend Scott Subaru.

Scott Subaru is amazing! They are honest and professional. This is the best Subaru dealership in Alberta as far as I'm concerned! We bought our 2022 Subaru Forester from them and it was significantly cheaper than prices in Calgary dealerships.
We had issues with our eyesight camera after getting winter tires put on and the alignment being off, which caused the cameras to stop functioning. We took it to a dealership in Calgary and they said the cameras wouldn't calibrate and we needed to replace them, which was quoted at $4k... I was skeptical and wanted to get a second opinion. I drove it to Scott Subaru and they fixed the issue, recalibrated the eyesight cameras and even gave us a discount because it took less time than the work order had quoted. Thank goodness I took it to them and saved having to spend money on replacing functional cameras...
