I had an excellent experience with this dealership during my vehicle repair. The customer service was outstanding, and the team was very helpful throughout the entire process. They also arranged convenient drop-off and pick-up service while my car was being repaired. A special shout-out to Andrew Brewer for keeping me consistently updated on the progress of the repair and ensuring clear communication. Called for a windshield for my 4Runner. Took months and a thousand phone calls to get it here. Bring for install and they don’t have the parts. Meanwhile 2 of us took the day off work and borrowed a car so we could get home and leave it overnight. Taking it home because they couldn’t really tell me when it could be finished. They have offered a loaner car for next trip. I will update when I see what happens. At least they are polite. Update: sometimes how you fix your errors matters as much as anything else. They called today and are picking up my 4Runner and leaving me with a courtesy car. I very much appreciate how they have handled this. I will be a loyal customer because of this.

This dealership is one of the most dishonest places I have ever dealt with. I recently bought a Dodge Durango from them, and the way they handled my finance paperwork was nothing short of scam behavior. The salesman and I agreed on a final price. Everything was clear. But once the finance guy submitted the loan, they sneaked in over $3,000 of hidden fees — warranty and add-ons that I never asked for, never approved, and never needed. They buried these charges in a pile of paperwork and didn’t explain anything clearly. When I went to pick up my car and finally saw the bill of sale, I realized how badly they tried to take advantage of me. And when I confronted them, their excuse was simply: “You already signed. We can’t do anything.” This is their trick — overwhelm customers with documents, hide charges, and then blame you after. I even contacted my bank, and they confirmed it’s the dealership’s loan and the dealership could fix it — but of course, they refused. MPI gave me only a complaint number, so another waste of time. I asked many times to speak with the owner, but he didn’t have the courage to come out and talk to me. Instead, they tried to calm me down with a $500 gas card, which is basically an insult considering how much money they added without my permission. This dealership wasted my entire day, caused unnecessary stress, and clearly operates with zero transparency and zero integrity. My advice: DO NOT trust this dealership. Read every single line before signing anything, because they will absolutely try to sneak in extra charges behind your back. Their finance department plays dirty, and they hope customers won’t notice until it’s too late. I will tell everyone I know to stay far away from this place.
