My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying our first dealership car. It was really time for us to say goodbye to our 2004 Corolla but we didn’t know where to start. We were taken care of from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Mr. Ismail was kind and honest and we never felt pressured. He answered all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Mr. Teodor took his time with us and explained all the financing details . He was patient and knowledgeable and made the whole process so smooth. And Mr. Julien took care of all the final details with with such a great attitude. We had such a pleasant experience and would highly recommend getting your next car here. My parents have been coming to Spinelli Toyota for the last 20 years, and now I understand why. Our first experience buying a brand new car and it could not have been more perfect. From the moment we got there Nathanael was patient, helpful and so informative in helping us settle on a Grand Highlander. From the countless hours spent with us on the initial day of purchase to the numerous communications after, everything was an easy and painless process. Ethan did a great job helping us in the financing department and was always there to answer when we had questions or anything leading up to the car delivery. On the day of pick up Sergio gave us an extremely in depth tour of the car, doing an excellent job familiarizing us with every little detail and feature. Nathanael even went as far to drive with us to Ontario to get the car registered in the easiest and fastest way he knew how! Great attention to detail on the part of everyone led to a very smooth car delivery & ride home. We could not have better things to say about the entire Spinelli Toyota team, even the boss letting us sit and test drive her own family vehicle on the initial sale day. We will continue to come here in the future for anything we need and will send anyone we can to deal with this dynamic trio of EXCELLENT employees, Nathanael, Ethan & Sergio!

Very easy people to deal with. Took the time and didn't feel rushed. Provided me with very important information that I had forgotten about from my previous vehicle that saved me quite a bit on my replacement vehicle. Reasonably priced in comparison with other comparable vehicles I had seen and reviewed. Like to do business with a locally owned dealership in an age when so many in the area are owned by Toronto megaliths. Would definitely recommend

Had the worst possible experience with Ismael and Alain. First, Alain suggests a car and makes us drive for an hour to check it out. 10 minutes left to get there and he calls to tell us he already sold it. Calls us some days later to say he has another car and guess what? It’s 10k over the budget we told him. Now with Ismael we made a deposit to check out a car and test drive. Went for a test drive and he made us wait in the freezing winter for 20 minutes to go smoke a cigarette. We then told him we don’t want the car anymore and he had to refund the deposit he told us to call another time because he was busy. We call and he says the accounting is closed. We call at another time he says it’s fine and he made the request. A month later no refund. We call to have an update on the refund he says he’s busy with a client and to call an hour later and to get the client to tell him he doesn’t want the car which we already did a month ago. Why would he pick up the phone if he’s with a client? He was obviously lying and just doesn’t want to give the money back. The guy is a joke and it seems like professionalism is an unknown concept to him.
