I had a bad experience that could have even been dangerous today Jan. 3. I joined the line for a car wash. The only sign that I saw has a caution about vehicle height. When I got to the payment post I found that it would not accept a credit card! When I used the help intercom I was told my only recourse was to come to the gas bar or back out of the line. I am 79 and handicapped so I had to negotiate with those behind to give me room to escape.Fortunately I was able to do so without damage to anyone's car. So far as I am aware there was no notice that a credit card would not be accepted. This is not good!

I was in the store and had to use the ladies room. I was told I had to exit the store and enter the service entrance to automotive and use the washroom. Are you kidding me? So if I have a cart full I have to abandon it and leave the store and enter a different door use the washroom and then find my cart? What about the elderly and handicapped and mothers with children. Ice rain snow etc. What about the staff? Head office needs to investigate this. I was so disgusted I bought nothing and left. I was no longer in the mood to shop. Horrible customer care. I understand this is the managers decision. Perhaps 50 women should go shopping and abandon their carts this christmas and line up in the snow outside to use the washroom.

Often out of stock. Cody is always helpful. Amanda at cash is friendly, Debbie in the gas counter is exceptional. She went the extra mile for me on New Years day when nothing else was open.

I've bought lots of car stuff here. Parts and a code reader and paint and a battery jump starter. Driveway sticks for backing up. Tools, helmets, sports equipment and stuff for my pets, including seatbelt harness and connector. The handiest thing is the tablets set up around the store that you can look up a product if they have it and it tells you where it is in the store. Staff are not the most informed people but they try to help as much as they can

The automotive section is completely separate from the store (you can see it, but they've added an alarmed barricade) and then outside they've completely blocked the sidewalk with stuff for sale. So you have to walk on the roadway. It's a terrible set up for people with mobility issues.
