Very disappointing experience at Toyota Bel-Air. I was charged $154 for a simple oil change, while at Tony Graham Toyota the same service is under $100 and even includes a complimentary car wash. A price difference of over 50% is hard to justify. I asked to speak with the manager to better understand the pricing gap. Unfortunately, there was no active listening — I was interrupted repeatedly and felt a clear lack of respect. I understand that prices can vary, but professionalism and basic customer respect should never be optional. I will not be returning.

I had a great experience dealing with Anas when I bought my car. He was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Rasa was also very friendly and clearly explained all the available options. I truly appreciated their honesty and support. Highly recommended!

While shopping for the Grand Highlander, we were told everywhere to expect a 3–6 month wait. Nas not only got us a better price than other dealerships, but he also found one for us in just one week. We needed it right away for our family, and he came through. Amazing experience, highly recommend him.

Im strongly don't recommend this dealership. I have a very bad experience with them. Recently, I have purchased a car and it was not cheap, but when I opened the trunk there were winter tiers in it, and the salesman said it is included. When I came to picup my purchased car I realized that the tiers gone and the salesman chanhe his words and said "sorry we did a mistake these tiers were for another car. They promised to detail the car from inside since it is used car, but nothing happened, they washed just the outside. The financial stuff added two extra protection and services like rust protection and other for 5k. When I signed the papers, she didn't say it is for money, I thought she tell me that because the car still under warranty. And the price of these services still hidden. Weeks later I realized that I'm paying more ,when I review the paper I see at the end of the papers ,there are more 4 pages that should be included, but they are missing. I went to the dealership and talked to Ashley, who made the deal, but she was cunning and she told me that I can't ask for a refund now because it is after the deadline, but the termination and cancelations deadline included in the missing page which I hadn't gotten it. When I asked her about the missing page ,she said she doesn't know why I didn't get it. Furthermore, she thought I'm stupid and said that these extra services made my loan interest less, and she said you paid more money to make it less. But when I told her that it is not related, and this agreement is not mandatory to the finance, she said So what you want to do ,you have signed this agreement and it is now after the cancelation deadline and you can't do anything. This dealership stole me 3 times, the winter tiers, detailing the interior car, extra unwanted services. My loss is more than $7000 with this dealership. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

I recently passed my driving test and was looking for a reliable vehicle within my budget. Nas guided me throughout the entire purchasing process and provided sound, professional advice to help me select my first car. He was extremely professional, polite, and supportive at every stage.
