Exceptional Service from Saffi, Jason, and Meaghan Mercedes-Benz. From the initial contact through to delivery and final documentation, the entire process was professional, transparent, and customer-focused. Saffi was exceptional throughout the sales process. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to understand my requirements. He clearly explained all options, features, and timelines, and ensured I felt informed and confident at every step. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the experience seamless and efficient. Jason, as Sales Manager, demonstrated excellent leadership and integrity. He was transparent, respectful, and worked diligently to ensure the terms were fair and aligned with my expectations. His communication was clear and direct, and it was evident that customer satisfaction was a priority. Meaghan in finance was highly organized and professional. She explained all financial terms, documentation, and options in a clear and structured manner, making a complex process straightforward and stress-free. My son asked me to join him in looking at a used Benz yesterday, because of my mechanical engineering background and we have owned a number of Mercedes over the years. I went to the dealership yesterday, initially not looking forward to our upcoming interactions and potential negotiations with them. Up until yesterday Mercedes Benz Oakville had not been the Benz dealership our family had purchased any of our previous Benz’s through. Our sales rep was Archie Ayati. My first impressions of Archie was that he was a welcoming, polite young man. Because of my background, I wanted to throughly investigate and understand the history of the car my son would be potentially purchasing. Over our three hours together, I discovered Archie’s extensive knowledge with Mercedes Benz products. Over these three hours I truly grilled Archie. As expressed I was very impressed with his knowledge, but what impressed me the most, was how Archie carried himself and his very personal demeanor throughout our entire three hours of grilling him. To make a long 3 hour story short, my son purchased the car, and I came away feeling that my last three hours was a most positive experience. So much in fact when I left and shook Archie’s hand, I told him that because of the manner in which he had treated both my son and I, he would be our families future Mercedes Representative. Thank you Archie, for all of your time you afforded us yesterday. You made both of our days !!!

My experience at this place has been nothing short of amazing!!. I particularly have to mention Tayeeb Anwarzada at the sales department. What a gem!👍 He was patient with me and explained the whole process. He is very easy to talk with and really friendly. Keep this guy whatever you do!..😁 Dennis at the finance department was also excellent and Ali at the delivery department was just as good. Even the manager came to introduce himself. The delivery day went smoothly and the car workings was carefully explained to me. My wife and I were really impressed! Keep up the good work gentlemen and I recommend this dealership with no reservations! Outstanding!

I picked up a new glc2025 in April 2025and it seems like the worst decision because its a defective car. Multiple time screen blackouts & resets and now it has completely blacked out. No odometer no display whatsoever. This is the major issue amongst more things. I had to reach out to mb oakville in the first week of picking up my glc because of blacking out kf both the display screens. I had to call incessantly to book a service as they really don’t care about emails or followup calls after trying to reach the sales rep (Benson Pak), service department (ashley singh, aaron jeremie, michael giraldi). I also had to book another urgent drop off service because of my emergency brakes going off for no reason, collision alert disabled alert, sunroof not closing completely, passenger side window not rolling all the way up. The issues still persist after the 2 services (which were booked after multiple back n forths). All these faults in a new vehicle is a big safety concern (Benson thinks it is safe to drive the vehicle as the screen blacking out is not a safety concern - -as mentioned by him on email) and they don’t seem to care if a client is stuck with a faulty car. My finance payments are regularly getting debited, of course, but what I’m driving is not even a road-safe vehicle. I reach out to Merc canada and they take another month to respond. the resolution they come up with after the longest wait time is that the MB oakville sales team will reach out for a trade in. It’s been weeks now and no one has reached out to me. All this time while I’m waiting for them to resolve my concern, all the issues persist. This morning when I turned my vehicle, no display at all and faulty beeping. MB oakville and mb canada has all the evidence videos and photos pertaining to the issues with the car, in email. All the communication has written evidence. I really want a resolution and hopefully this review post will expedite things now. I’m in touch with Jason rego, aaron jeremie, benson pak at MB oakville through phone calls, emails, texts. Another few reps respond over email from MB canada.

We purchased our GLK in 2015 at this dealership and just recently returned for service a few times during the past year. The professionalism and efficiency is remarkable. From the call backs for missed calls to the greetings at the service counter, every encounter has been positive, timely and well-organized. My husband and I would like to particularly highlight the outstanding service provided by Boško Vujatović … the continual contact throughout each repair process has been excellent. The documentation provided is thorough and well-explained. Boško is patient, dedicated and responsive. We feel confident that he is considerate of our budgetary concerns as retirees and that he guides us towards making the best decisions to extend the longevity of our vehicle. We are grateful! So, thanks to the Service Team … you have made our return to Mercedes an exceptional experience and you truly exemplify customer service at its finest! Merry Christmas!
