Absolute amazing experience! Yeraldin handled my lease with such professionalism and honesty. She was very informative and helped me choose the best option for me. The whole team is fantastic. After choosing my car I was helped by Viviana to finalize all the details in the finance department and again was met with great professionalism and a seamless pain free experience. She explained everything to me with patience and a smile. Once all the papers were signed and I was ready to pick up my car Yeraldin and Viviana came to check in and congratulate me before handing me over to Kofi the amazing delivery specialist. Kofi was able to give me a tour of my brand new car and show me all the great features in a kind and professional manner. The whole team made the process from purchase to delivery a great pain free experience. I definitely recommend this dealership and will be telling my friends about my awesome experience. Very glad I choose Midtown Honda for my new car.

Bought a Acura tlx here for my mom. Everything went smoothly and professional thanks to Joseph and Ali for helping us out. Went on a test drive with Joseph and Ali took care of the paper work after.
