I had such an amazing experience at Jim Pattison Subaru Northshore. From the very first conversation with Alan Alizadeh, Product Advisor, I knew I wanted to work with him. He was open, honest, and transparent; everything you could hope for when buying a car. There was no sales pressure, just a genuine conversation that made it a complete no-brainer to buy from him. I flew in from the Okanagan to Vancouver because of that experience and was greeted by a welcoming, professional team. The entire process was straightforward and made buying my first brand-new car a pleasure. Alan went through everything with me in a very relaxed, laid-back way, which made the experience even better. Dealing with such a professional team (and I have to give major kudos to Alan, Marek and Lee Ann) was fantastic, and I can’t recommend Jim Pattison Subaru Northshore enough, even for those outside the Vancouver area. It's well worth the trip and the drive back was a dream! (One small tip for future buyers: the process can be very exciting, so it’s worth doing a bit of your own research around insurance options beforehand. Knowing what’s truly mandatory ahead of time can help you feel even more confident during that final piece of the puzzle.)

Couldn't get through to service. Never got the call back. I guess they want me to chase them for their overpriced service? Unfortunately it's not just this dealership. It's Subaru dealers across the country. It's a shame, because the cars are pretty good. If you have a good private mechanic, maybe consider a Subaru. If you plan on going to the dealer for maintenance and repair, start away from Subaru. It's not worth the cost and hassle.

Best dealership experience you can find! We bought a new Subaru from this dealership years ago, and recently went back to buy a used car. Freddy helped us buy both cars, and honestly, we will continue to go back and recommend our friends to him. He is kind, informative, and not pushy. When we bought our Subaru (brand new) he was so laid back and didn't push us one bit to buy instantly, whereas every other dealership we went to, was pushing us and made us very uncomfortable. Freddy made the entire experience so seamless. We then went back just a few months ago to buy a used car, we wanted that same experience, and Freddy hasn't changed. We had bought one, an issue came up within two weeks of purchasing, and the entire team was on it to figure it out to make sure we were fully happy with the car we purchased. The car, unfortunately, didn't work out, but they had an alternative car ready for us to try to do a swap. They truly just want anyone who purchases with them to be happy with their car. It's truly the best experience for buying a car. I'd never go anywhere else. Freddy, Lee Ann, Julian, and Sarah for all your help and for wanting to make sure we were happy with our purchase!

We had great experience buying our first car with Freddy, Josh and Lee! Freddy was able to quickly secure a perfect deal for us - the exact color and trim we wanted in the eve of a winter season! We had perfect test drive experience with Josh - he was attentive to a new driver, helped with navigation a lot and answered all our questions! Our new Forester was also well prepared for the delivery - thanks again, Josh! Lee was very nice and provided us with quick and stress-free experience in the financing office.
