So today we brought our kindda new car to them for oil change and one of the guys recognized my husband because he would only bring his cars to this location.
They have been taking care of his cars for over 5 years. They learned that the last car was totalled hence the new car. And every one was very empathic and kind to us.
We always get 6 star service here and we are not going anywhere else!
PS they love our dog too! So we love them even more!😍🫣

About a year ago, I had my car into a Hyundai dealership for a recall. They told me while it was in for the recall that the wheel alignment was badly out and needed to be corrected immediately for $300. I declined because I knew I needed new tires within a year and $300 for a wheel alignment was outrageous.
Fast forward to today, and I took my car into Kal for new tires fully expecting it needed a wheel alignment. Turns out, Kal told me the alignment was just fine and only needed a tiny adjustment on one corner so they didn't charge me for it which saved me $180 + tax!
Kal Tire has always done right by me for all the years I've been going to them and I will forever remain loyal because they keep saving me money unexpectedly or sharing wisdom, recommendations and insight that has served me well. Excellent company, and the techs and service at this particular location are top notch as well. Thank you so much!

Great service - efficient, timely, friendly. Had to get new all season tires a few months ago. Best deal I found and they fit me in same week.
Then more recently I somehow mixed up my appointment date for winter tire change but they were very nice about it and still able to fit me in same day. Will be coming back to Kal Tire new west for future services.

I dropped in to get my tire tread checked. They recommended a tire rotation. I expected to pay for the service, but it was free, because I bought the tires from Kal Tire. Great customer service and after sales support!

Scheduled an appointment to change a tire, waited for 1.5 hours, and after leaving, I encountered a tire pressure error. To my surprise, upon checking with my own gauge, none of the four tires had the correct air pressure as indicated on the door frame. It's disappointing to see such a basic oversight. This experience has eroded my trust in the competence of Kal Tire, and I hope Kal Tire's head office takes proper actions.
