Just purchased a new 2025 Ford F150 from Barrhaven Ford and the experience was amazing. My Salesman, Jeff Pleet, came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The whole process was seamless and efficient, which I appreciated, and I love my new truck!

Recently bought a demo Expedition from Dave Plots at Barrhaven Ford, he made the process so simple. As a stay at home mom of a toddler, it makes car dealerships a challenge, Dave did much of the negotiation via text, that way I had my numbers and a deal ready conditional on my test drive. He helped install my car seat, and even gave my toddler snacks and water while we signed the paperwork and let her sit in the cars inside. He agreed to take my winter tires off my trade, put them on my new expedition and put my summers back on my trade, and even delivered my summer tires and rims to my garage for me after I picked up my new ford! Literally above and beyond. We stopped in to have the wheels retorqued and my toddler insisted on going in to visit Dave, the cars and the free snacks while we were there!

Absolutely thrilled with the new Mach-E from Barrhaven Ford! The car drives beautifully, and the entire buying experience was excellent. Special thanks to James for his support and professionalism, and appreciation to the management team for making the process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I am writing this review after experiencing an accident that left me looking unexpectedly for another vehicle. I was suggested to contact sales specialist Anthony Van Volkenberg by David Young service manager. Although I wasn't sure on what I wanted to do, Anthony was very informative on Ford products and plans. My wife and I spent close to 4 hours with Anthony going over and test driving the Ford Maverick. We were treated extremely well and he made us feel comfortable making our decision without pressuring us in anyway. This is my first brand new purchase and this whole experience went seamless from start to finish. My wife and I want to take this opportunity to thank not only Anthony but also Stephen Thomson and David Young for this purchase. Mike and Cathy Morin.

UPDATE BELOW: Service and parts department issues. Sales was still a good experience though and the original review for it stands. Service and Parts Review We paid extra to replace the all season tires on the car with all weather tires on the car. The dealer notified us that there would be an additional cost of hundreds of dollars to change the tire sensors on the car. When they were changing them they said the original sensors would not work with the new tires. So we got that work done. We picked up our new car and the tires looked pretty hefty compared to the all seasons. When I went to do a 3 point turn I realized something was wrong. I heard a rubbing noise. I checked and the tire was rubbing against the inside of the wheel well. If I were to hit a bad pot hole, it probably would have damaged the car. Barrhaven Ford, took a while to get the right sized tires. Their supplier was slow and I asked if they had a tracking number and estimated time for delivery. They could not give a clear date. It took over a week to get them. While we waited, we did not drive the car, but it was taking so long I inquired about a liner vehicle. They at least provided that when we asked. I also inquired about getting some reimbursement, since the tires should have been smaller and cheaper. I also inquired if the hundreds of dollars for new sensors were needed. was told it would be all sorted out when I show up to pickup the car when it’s ready if there was any unnecessary costs due to their errors. When I showed up to get the car, the story was that the guys in the garage accidentally got the wrong tires off the delivery truck and installed the wrong tires without double checking. As a result there was no extra cost because they said the right tires were ordered. I then asked about the sensors, and was told that the new tires need the new sensors, despite them being the same size as the all seasons. I tried confirming that through internet searches and could not find anything that says that’s the case. Now I have a lot of patience and I understand mistakes happen. However, the one thing that really bothered me was the service department not taking the time to align the screws for rear license plate. I decided to take off the dealer ad and found out the dealer drilled extra holes in the bumper. I know it’s not visible with the plate on, but moisture and dirt can still get in there. It also says something about the quality and care of the service department. I worked on a car assembly line before and I had to wear a Velcro belt because the car company didn’t want to risk the smallest of scratches from a metal belt buckle. So here is Ford not taking quality seriously at the dealer level. I hope this review leads to changes at service and parts. I was very happy at first and came out pretty disappointed. Please do better in the future. I don’t think I will be getting my car serviced there. Let this experience be a warning. Original Sales Review Dave at Barrhaven Ford went above and beyond in helping us buy a vehicle. Originally, we planned to buy a different vehicle from the Ford dealer, but changed our mind for a newer model. Dave was easy to work with and accommodated our desired change. We were able to thoroughly test out a Mach E and figure out if it would work on long trips for us. Barrhaven Ford is ahead of the curve with EV car sales. Another Ford dealer we visited, kept trying to get us in a gas vehicle, which is fine, but it felt like they were purposely undermining their EV products. Maybe because it needs less maintenance, and see it as less business for the service department? Not sure, but at least Barrhaven Ford allowed us to thoroughly test it and come to our own decision. The sale was not pushy. Dave was very laid back. I originally didn’t want a new vehicle, but the incentives they offered and the trade in value for our old car made the decision a no brainer. I also did the math on how much money I would save on gas and maintenance, and it worked out to saving thousands a year in those costs with the EV.
