Great guys!!! I have low profile 20" tires that I called around for needing 2 in a pinch. Everywhere else had to order them in. Big O got them for me the same day, installed, and for honestly half the price of everywhere else that I tried. They were really friendly and even shined the 2 tires I didn't change out. Definitely recommend and will be my tire guys from here in.

They fixed the leaking rims on my RX-8 that no other tire shop would touch, thank you!!!! Just a great shop to deal with.

I brought my car into Big O in September, to get new front tires on for the winter months, and when I left I had now been left with a noise coming from the front driver side, I wasn't sure if it was from something on their end or just a coincidence. I wasn't going to be driving though soon as I had an upcoming surgery and figured it was only minor sounding so I'd wait until I was driving again after my surgery. When I started driving again, the noise was worse, still unsure if it was coincidence or a fault on Big O's end I posted a review. Patrick from Big I reached out to me and invited me in to take a look at it to figure out what the issue was and determine if it was just wear and tear or a fault on their behalf.
It's been determined it is just wear and tear and, what the issues specific to that noise are, and was done free of charge.
Big O, you will continue to see me in the future.

These guys go above and beyond. I was from out of town and got a flat tire late in the day, they got it fixed up quickly and efficiently and were really friendly. Highly recommend! Great customer service.
