The worst place ever. I filled a form clearly stating I want to test drive a kia sportage. Someone called me to confirm a date/time. I come here being 40 mins on the way to be told that we dont have sportage. No one even said sorry, no one explained how this is possible. I keep calling the person who confirmed the time and no one picks up. Even if you have the best car in the world which you clearly dont, its not worth it to get anything if this is how you behave with a customer!!SO DISAPPOINTED.

Got my K4 here a few months ago, Jonathan was very professional and helpful. Whenever I had questions, I always received his prompt reply. Recommended. However, when I was trying to schedule my first maintenance with them, I had hard time to reach and get a call-back from the service department. Still waiting for them to call.

My experience with Ville-Marie Kia was extremely disappointing. From the moment I took delivery of the vehicle, I encountered issues that required immediate attention. Despite reporting these problems to the dealership, I was told that they were normal and did not require repair.
After multiple follow-ups and receiving no satisfactory response, I decided to pursue legal action. This experience not only posed safety concerns but also caused significant stress and anxiety due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. I strongly advise avoiding this dealership and recommend seeking service at other dealerships.
