Picked me up at home, to drive me to the dealership. Met me at the front door with my vehicle. Macdonald Buick GmC makes you feel special.

Always have good service when I go there. All the service attendants take great care to make sure things go as smoothly as possible. My car is 9 years old and every oil change and service has been done at Macdonald Buick.

The gentleman at the front desk was professional and served me well. However, I was disappointed with the mechanics who worked on my car, as they did a half-hearted job. I paid $49.95 plus tax for a service I didn’t receive. They wrote that they couldn’t check my car’s suspension because they hadn’t found the tool to remove the tires. Yet, the tool was under the rear seat of the truck. They simply could have called me—I was on site—to show them where it was, but they didn’t even bother.
Additionally, when I picked up my vehicle, I noticed everything was in the same place, showing they hadn’t even looked for it. Also, during an oil change at any garage, they usually take the time to check the tire pressure for the customer. Instead, they just wrote on a piece of paper that there was no air in the tires and let me leave with nearly flat tires.
Very dissatisfied with the mechanics’ service.

My GMC stopped suddenly in the middle of the road during extreme snowy weather, and I was alone and stressed. I called GMC Roadside Service, and they arrived in less than 30 minutes. They were so supportive and even offered me an Uber ride if I needed to go anywhere.
They took my vehicle to MacDonald Buick GMC, Moncton, checked it right away, and fixed the issue as soon as possible. The service and customer care were truly excellent. I really appreciate their quick response and professionalism. Highly recommended!! Thank you Guys!!

My truck was taken in for an oil change & tire rotation. The gentleman that greeted me was very friendly and answered questions I had about the warranty I had left on my 2021 GMC Evaluation truck. He also offered me a 6 month warranty check over which I gladly accepted. Once the check over was done he called to advise I needed a cabin filter and they could do it for me and I accept. He told me my brakes were getting worn and he would leave me a quote. The quote was in my truck upon pick up. He was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I have been dealing with mcdonald pontiac buick since the late 80's. I will return and my next purchase will definitely be with them.
