I recently purchased a used Honda Pilot from Markham Honda, and I was a bit apprehensive at first about dealing with a dealership, as this was my first purchase from a Honda dealer. From the very beginning, Marco was welcoming, polite, and friendly. He guided me throughout the purchase, explaining every detail along the way. Negotiating with Marco was respectful and friendly, and in the end, I secured a better deal. Marco goes above and beyond to meet customer needs. He didn't pressure us at all and avoided any sales gimmicks to complete the sale. During our conversations, I felt confident that I could trust Marco with this major financial decision. I encountered an issue while transferring money from the bank, as the teller was asking additional questions. I called Marco right away, and even though he was off that day, he answered my call and guided me without hesitation. Additionally, I had trouble removing my old license plate from my previous car due to rust, but Marco was there to help with that as well. Ian from the finance department was also polite and explained the warranty process and licensing fees in detail, answering all my questions thoroughly. I strongly recommend Markham Honda for anyone looking to purchase a car. Ask for Marco—he is always willing to go the extra mile for you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience working with Mr. Dennis Lau. He is incredibly nice, approachable, and easy to talk to. From the start, he made the whole process feel comfortable with his calm and friendly attitude. What I really appreciated was that he was never pushy—he gave me space to make my own decisions while still being very helpful and informative. Dennis always had a welcoming smile and made sure all my questions were answered clearly. His professionalism and positive energy really stood out. If you’re looking for a car salesman who genuinely cares and makes the experience stress-free, I highly recommend Mr. Dennis Lau! And also Great experience with the finance manager Tim! Absolutely amazing experience with Mac Tang at Markham Honda! I recently purchased a black Honda CR-V EX-L, and I can’t express enough how wonderful Mac Tang was throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he was super friendly, kind, and genuinely funny, which made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Getting a new car is a big deal—especially such a significant investment—and Mac made the entire experience smooth, easy, and truly enjoyable. He handled everything from the car details to financing, licensing, and even personally handing over the keys.
