DISGUSTING!! DO NOT GO HERE. Especially if you’re trusting, young, or a new driver. They took complete advantage of my daughter. She knew the code (transmission) and explained she couldn’t go over 80. Over an hour away from home. They forced her to do a full inspection $150 then charged her $170 for diagnostics then cleared the code instead of looking into it, drove it, then told her it was good and put her back on the road. When I spoke to the general manager she blamed my daughter for the whole thing. She was charged over $300 for nothing and now her car is at another shop being fixed properly. I am escalating this issue further. My daughter even told them the code and that it went away and came back outlining the issue was still there! After they so called fixed it she drove it less than an hour and the problem re occurred. They took complete advantage of a young inexperienced girl and used her for easy money. The excuse I was given was it’s common to just clear stored codes and call it good, funny how our shop isn’t doing this. Unethical and utterly disgusting!

Wendy, Mino, and Chrissy are truly some of the most genuine and honest people you’ll find in the automotive industry. I’ve purchased numerous vehicles from them over the years—not just for convenience, but because I trust them wholeheartedly. I got ONE oilchange here cause my usual place was closed. They are now pestering me about selling my vehicle, completely unsolicited, over the phone. Multiple automated texts then they hand my phone number over to some broker. Leave me alone. This is really creepy behavior. If i wanted to hand my phone number out to random strangers I can do that myself. Won't be going back.

What a great experience, Travis and the rest of the team were exceptional when we purchased our new Rubicon. Out of province and we had to keep changing our dates, but they were very accommodating to us. And I know if we have any concerns going forward they will be there for us!

Awful service. On intake the technician was distracted, they told us they would have our vehicle in the shop on Tuesday, we needed an engine light code diagnosed as the car wasn’t reaching highway speeds, we needed this issue resolved asap. After calling on Tuesday they told us they hadn’t gotten to it but it would be seen first thing Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon comes and we call again, they still have not gotten it in the shop but promise that they’ll get it done by eod. Eventually they call us back and tell us that everything is fine, there were some stored codes but nothing major and they had done a test drive and the car was functioning fine, they also informed us our bill would be approximately 175$+gst, they offered an oil/air filter change on top of that but we declined those services. Upon arriving to pick up the vehicle later on Wednesday we were met with an individual who told us that our total would actually be double what we were told on the phone and that they had in fact done an oil change on the car (they did not, our oil was still black upon checking.) As we were attempting to read through the receipt she rushed us and pressured us to sign and leave before we had time to properly review the documents. On top of all that on our way home (approx 2.5h drive) we found out very quickly that the issue of being unable to reach highway speeds was not in fact resolved at all. After that horrible experience with sales and technicians alike I cannot give this establishment more than one star.
