I just bought my new car (2025 Mazda 3 Hatchback GT) from this dealership, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service and support I received from every staff member I interacted with. Huge thanks to Andrew, Jean-Marc, and Jamie! Jean-Marc gave me clear and transparent information right from my very first inquiry, which left an outstanding first impression. Andrew, the sales manager I spoke with during my first visit, was incredibly friendly—and more importantly—genuine and honest. None of the typical sales nonsense I experienced at other dealerships. His approach was a key reason I decided to go through with the purchase here. Jamie, the admin assistant, helped finalize everything and coordinate the car pick-up. Her product knowledge and attention to detail during those final steps really made the whole experience smooth for both my wife and me. Overall, if you’re looking to buy a Mazda in Montreal, I highly recommend this dealership.

We had been searching for a new vehicle for just over a year and had terrible experiences with just about every single location. We thought going to a dealership would have been a smooth sailing experience and we were met with the complete opposite. That's until we went to Mazda Des Sources on the night before Christmas Eve. We had put a deposit on another vehicle at another location and figured we should check out a used vehicle they had listed. We showed up late at night, in the middle of the snowstorm and met Vlad. He was extremely helpful and accommodating showing us the car while standing outside in the freezing cold while we had young children with us. We exchanged numbers and I asked if we could discuss our next steps over text, to which he agreed. After the holidays, we had visited other dealerships and asked if we could pop in quickly to take another look at the car. By the time we got there, the vehicle was in the front and heated for us to look at. Because we had the kids again, we asked if we could come back in a few days and he obliged. The final time we visited the car we decided it was the one for us. During our final visit, we signed the offer letter and did not have to spend hours in a dealership to agree on a final price. I have never met a more respectful salesman and someone who went above and beyond to do all negotiations over text. We had asked for an inspection at the officially dealership and they coordinated the drop off and pick up for us. Again, I cannot express how appreciative we are of his help. With young children, it's not always easy spending time sitting and chatting so having everything done by the time we were ready to buy meant everything. Several days later we went in to pick up our vehicle and met with Jamie. She was so welcoming and organized. Again, we did not have to sit and wait around for her to prepare all documents for us. She was ready (and we were late) with all documents for us to sign and made the trade-in process seamless. This is the type of experience we were hoping for when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I cannot say enough about how incredible and seamless our experience was with Vlad and Jamie. Thank you both so much for your amazing customer service!

My experience at Mazda des Sources was extremely frustrating from start to finish. Customer service was poor, disorganized, and felt very dismissive once it was clear I wasn’t going to accept their terms immediately. Staff members gave inconsistent information, and I constantly felt pressured rather than helped. Simple questions about pricing, warranties, and timelines were either avoided or answered vaguely, which seriously damaged my trust. Follow-ups were slow or nonexistent, and I had to repeatedly chase people down for updates. The overall atmosphere felt more focused on making a quick sale than actually helping customers make an informed decision. For a dealership representing a reputable brand like Mazda, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership and will be taking my business elsewhere.

My Hyundai engine died and even though under warranty they refused to change the engine. I needed a reliable car with no cvt or 1.3L 3 cyl engine. Mazda was a good choice, Shawn at sales helped me out with the car and Jamie made the final paperwork and delivery smooth and fast since we needed a car a.s.a.p. Overall purchase experience was very positive.

I am writing this review after 6 months of observation because i wanted to be sure about their after sell service which is horrible. I bought a cx-5 from them and my sale advisor was mr shawn his behaviour was amazing ( pretending) till i sign the papers. After the test drive i was happy to buy the car and he (mr.shawn) ensure that they did the thorough inspection of the car everything is fine except the front break that they will change and i was really happy. But the problem starts from the same day while i was driving back to my home after picking up the car. 1) The infotainment system is working/changing screen automatically that is really annoying. 2) Tire issue , there is a patch on one of the tires and a huge cut on the sidewall of the tire. Also a verbal commitment to provide winter tire. 3) Transmission issue , making a wired noise while shifting the gear and unusual jerk. Now hear their solution i called Mr. shawn 1) For the infotainment system they said i need to update the software that will fix the issue , they charge me 178$ for a simple software update but the issue has not been solved and i am still living with that issue every single day. 2) For tire Mr. shawn verbally and with a smiley face several times he said he will try to provide me winter tire when the winter is here as i bought the car on the summer time. Me and my spouse ask him several times that are you sure you will give us the winter tire he every time smiled and said you can trust me and gave us his card to call him before the winter. But now winter is coming when i called him several times he did not pick up the called send text writing are you going to provide the winter tire or not please let me know but surprisingly he did not reply any of my text. 2 weeks ago i called him again he picked up the call , with a very rude voice he starts saying lets end this matter here if the tire is not on the contract i can not provide you any. I said okay thanks for showing your real face. 3)They fix the transmission issue because the car was on the factory warranty but without any reason they said your water pump belt and another belt (forgot the name) has to be changed for that they charge me 400+$ that was an unnecessary fix. Now a bonus issue is the front break that they changed before buying the car which is gone after driving only 15k km .Not only the break pad but also the rotor that is causing steering shake issue while breaking on 70km+ speed. Again i inform the issue to Mr. shawn he said i have to check the work order whether we change it or not i laugh at him and said you remember the contract but you can not recall that you change the break. Anyways he said he will call me next day when is service department is open. But guess what its already 15/16 days have been passed he yet not call me back. Anyways the lesson i learned is , do not buy any car on first test drive check everything thoroughly take your time. Do not trust on sale advisors verbal commitment ask them to give written commitment. Choose your dealership after checking the reviews on after sell service because once you sign the papers they will treat you as an ATM.
